I wouldn't mind if they went AllGood style and put a small stage next to the What and ran artists with no time between them. That would free up room in centeroo to move other stuff back and make the Which a louder stage with less bleed. The smaller one could even do dj's and smaller acts that would usually be in tents.
At Camp Bisco they had the two main stages attached. It was essentially a stage as large as the What Stage, but cut into 2 pieces. It had the same scheduling that you're describing, and it worked out really well. I was front row for Neon Indian and DFA1979 on the right stage, which meant I was still really close for Yeasayer and Wiz Khalifa. I probably wouldn't have seen Wiz otherwise (I like his stuff, but it's not great), but it was a really good show. I think if they did this, even with a smaller stage, beside the Which or What, that it would work really well. And it wouldn't be as hard as trying to expand centeroo or something.
EDIT: Pitchfork also did this, but they weren't adjoined. They were angled by about 60 degrees from one another and were spread slightly apart, but it worked just as well. I didn't ever end up bouncing between the two, though, simply because scheduling never provided for it.

I don't think anything as drastic as another stage is necessary. What I would very much so like to see, that wouldn't be very difficult at all, would be a bigger This Tent. That Tent, due to where it is, may be harder to expand, but This Tent could easily be expanded, and then it can be the go to tent for those acts that are borderline between being a tent/stage act.
And of course, improving the Which stage area in general.
