My point is we should encourage people to be happy with themselves, "fit" or not. I know different people have different viewpoints on the subject, and there's nothing wrong with being fit. But there's also nothing wrong with being 160 pounds and wearing a bikini.
To each his or her own, live and let live, be happy with yourself, etc. But if this girl decides that she's not happy with how her body looks, and wants to lose weight, good for her.
