HOLY CRAP IT'S NTRT! I've been far too busy these past few months.
OK, so why I came...
I'm looking to set up a website. Haven't done it in quite some time. What I'm doing is setting up a page for temporary use, six months or so. I have my Forward cheesehead. I made it for Day Three of the Wisconsin protests, it's seen quite a bit of history this year, and the Wisconsin Historical Society has already told me they want it, but understand I'm not parting with it until its mission is done. The curator asked me to document my activities wearing it. Since I often found myself too busy for photography, this is going to rely on a little help from my friends. This is where my need for a website comes in. Somewhere people can go and submit their pictures, stories, etc. Somewhere I can put out a call for specific instances I know I was photographed but haven't seen myself. Somewhere I can put up a brief "About" section sharing the origins of Forward cheesehead and maybe the occasional post about the things it's seen if time permits. I think just a simple blogging site like wordpress or blogspot or something is good for my purposes. Haven't made a website in the better part of a decade, would appreciate some opinions from people who are more with-it with this than I.

Could you not start out with a Facebook fan page for the Forward Cheesehead? I'd be a fan. Then people could post pics, too. Maybe it's not your ideal solution, but it would be fast...fun...and FREE.

In hindsight, that's my mistake. I really should have put NoD's name first in my list of cynical hipster dickbags, because there's no doubt in my mind that he's #1. I didn't think the mods would give out tags based on my ordering, or else I would have put more thought into it.
