I woke up last night and found one of the cats drinking out of my water glass on my nightstand. I have no idea how long I've been "sharing" my water with them. Gross.
I don't care how clean they are perceived to be. He was probably cleaning where his balls used to be before he got a drink. I love my furry kids but they can keep their tongues to themselves.

Or maybe it is the most elaborate joke ever? Ala Joaquin Phoenix but way more dedicated and clever. I don't think any one is stupid or crazy enough to think child labor laws are a bad idea. It must be a joke.

Getting another tattoo on Tuesday and totally stressing about it.... It's mostly words (song lyrics) so I am worried about the font..... And also the placement on my back.... Arg just worried in general. Although I love my tattoo guy and he is a true artist so I am sure he will make it all ok when I get there.
No really small - its going to be from the middle of my back up to my shoulder blade so not tiny. I have given him example photos of fonts i like in an email, so I guess I will wait to see what he can do or suggests. I want something "girly" but not too curvy.

I went small on one of mine 10 years ago and it's a blob now. I'm getting it covered up. That's why I asked.

What song lyrics? That's dope. My girlfriend got her first tattoo(s) last weekend - and while I was with her, I kept trying to talk myself into getting another. Like, she was worried about it hurting, so I was like "maybe I should get another, so you can see it doesn't hurt!"

It's just a song that has always moved me and I will always remember the first time I saw it live in 1993 and my daughter who was a toddler at the time was dancing to it

so Daft Punk's "Discovery" is just such a stunning achievement in music. I mean really! jesus. Its like everytime I go a little while without listening to it, I put it on and I just jump around and pump my fists wildly into the air all bug-eyed! its simply some of the most exciting music i've ever heard, and at least at this point, it appears to be timeless, something difficult for electronic music to accomplish.
I have been trying to read the Headliners Prediction Thread. I scrolled back to around 10 PM last night and cannot make headway... it keeps getting longer.. and longer... I don't think I will be able to even get to the "end" of it by the end of the day. I just opened a second tab so that I could see what else was going on in Inforooland.

Synopsis: RHCP put out more tour dates that end right before Roo near Roo (Louisville, KY, i think). Some feel this makes them a lock for Roo. Some people feel it takes Radiohead out of the equation. Some are pissed. Some do not care. Some thinks this means RHCP will be the #1 act. Some do not.
I wish my boss was here. This is the first and only time I've ever said that. I want to quit right this second, but can't. If I didn't have to drive home, I'd start getting quietly drunk at my desk.
