I'm actually not I'm only a few years older than Justin. According to wiki it existed from the mid-1980s through the early 1990s. I must have caught it on the tail end. My other favorite?
which I must have watched on reruns, because I guess it only aired from '86-'87.
^^^^ What is that?? Mid-80 through early 1990s, like I said closer to my generation. I graduated in early 90s. or depending on how you look at it? I saw Violent Femmes, Beastie Boys, Janes Addiction, Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Fugazi, Smashing Pumpkins, Primus, Alice in Chains and more all in that time period. Dare I say, in their prime? ...
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.

Ren and Stimpy was the only original Nickelodeon cartoon worth watching. Who else came of age watching SNICK?
snick was the shit. all that and kenan & kel. the best.
oh, and I thought it was *THEE COOLEST* when they had the show caitlin's way. I'm probably the only person who remembers that shittastic show, but she not only had a sweet horse ranch and dressed really hip, but her name was spelled the same as mine. which, if you didn't realize, there are literally like 30 ways to spell caitlin.
Ya'll be babies. My 16 yr old DID watch angry beavers and hey Arnold...
hey man, those shows were on for a lonnngggg time.
you can add ren & stimpy and rockos modern life to the list. ... and lizzie mcguire and even stevens....
kids shows suck dick these days.
LIZZIE MCGUIRE & EVEN STEVENS. YES YES YES. I knew there was a reason we were besties.
And yes, like the bacon, I also know Rugrats pre and post Dyl Pickles. I also loved watching that one game show on nickelodeon with Summer Sanders. Don't remember tho show. Just that she hosted and that was her name.
Oh. And Boy Meets World & Sabrina are staples. Actually, all of TGIF was great. Teen Angel, Two of A Kind... Good stuff.

I never saw Kenan and Kel or All That. I didn't realize SNICk continued after a quit watching. Seems like the shows I saw were Salute Your Shorts and Are You Afraid Of The Dark? I enjoyed TGIF much more than SNICK now that I think about it.
bonzai, I have no idea what the crap ^^ that is. It's terrifying though.
Zoobilee Zoo!!!
^just a random episode. I can't recall favorite episodes, but I remember especially loving Van Go Lion
Holy shit. I spent a solid hour trying to remember the name of this show this weekend. My friends and I had a bizarre conversation trying to describe this show and eventually we just gave up.

Where do shows like Hey Arnold! and Ahh! Real Monsters fit into the great kids show conversation? I feel like they came after Rugrats and Doug and around the same time as Kenan and Kel.
Those were some of my favorites that haven't been mentioned yet.

Legends of the hidden temple!
and i probably saw dyl too then, like i said my memory is like a hula hoop, stuff goes right through it
Now we are in my generation and I am pretty sure it aired on Disney.
Oddly enough, it aired on HBO first. Disney picked up the reruns years later.
You know I thought that at first, but then I couldn't remember if we had HBO and how would I have watched it. Now that you confirmed it was on HBO, I remember I used to go across the street to my friend Jamie's house to watch it because they did have HBO. I hate trying to remember crap for 30+ years ago... UGH.

Doug is still all-time best
Doug & Ahh! Real Monsters were like just a tad but before Rugrats I think. Ended before it did tho. And all of that was before Kenan & Kel. Kenan and Kel was like 98ish id say. Maybe like 99, but def no later than that. If it's earlier than that I'll feel really old.
Doug & Ahh! Real Monsters prob like 95, then Rugrats like 96-97.
