These kids made me feel old and they need to GTFO. What the hell is "grime?"
But we had LiveJournal, Cameron. That was way better than Tumblr. [Looks confused].
Oh god, Livejournal was a huge part of my life. I still have a bunch of facebook friends that were a part of a now defunct facebook group called Indiefucks which looking back on it was a lot like inforoo but not based around a music festival, we were just snarky asshole teenagers.

Livejournal was life.
Hi mate. You look like a guy that would enjoy some Head Automatica. What do you think of “Beating Heart Baby”? That was alright actually, it’s not bad. I thought it was gonna be much worse, I’m not gonna lie.
Fact: Head Automatica is still, to this day, one of the absolute best shows I have ever seen.
Boyfriend has French coworkers and they're making us King Cake. Everyday he comes home from work the first question out of my mouth is "King cake this weekend?" I am overly excited.

I had a piece on Friday (King's Night) because it was the first actual day, but they have been selling them here since Christmas, which is WRONG. We had a shitty Sucré King Cake which wasn't really that great. I am excited for Haydell's, Randazoo's and Antoine's king cakes, which will be eaten soon.

Randazzo's is my favorite. Haven't had the other two, how do they compare?

There is debate between Haydel's and Randazzo's between who is better, I feel they are very comparable and I wouldn't turn either down. But I fucking LOVE Antoine's king cake, they are gone by 9:30am. They are in gretna, I put the link on the name. They are my absolute favorite. I feel that some king cakes you have to get filling in them or the cake is dry, but it is super moist, they do the icing toping not the sprinkles (no sprinkles unless it's with icing!) and I like the flavor the best of the three. I heard that they opened one in Metairie if that helps.
My kid just got accepted into college, the school he was hoping to get into. I am happy, sad, and stressed all at the same time. I know he isn't a baby, but I never really saw him leaving or moving out. It isn't super far, but shit, I am all mommy misty and shit.

So that neurology appointment was interesting.
It turns out that I've been having a completely different type of seizure than I'd thought.
My parents and I learned this because my new neurologist pointed out that the medicine I'd been taking for 15 years doesn't treat the type of seizure I thought I was having.
And now I'm having an MRI on the 25th. Good times.
