So, if killing someone ISN'T an option (for a multitude of reasons that most of you can imagine) what is the best way to show/communicate your absolute beyond intense anger and dissappointment to someone who has failed you? Cause I don't want to go to jail or lose my job! LMAO!
Not gonna do Maryland, but I SOOOO want to do this!!!
The site says "The Virus is spreading in 2012"
I signed up for their newsletter! ;D
I was going to post this yesterday, but decided to put it in a separate thread. I am going with a group of people from NY, but I seeing if there is an interest from the board. There is also camping included with this as well if anyone was looking to save on hotel.
Totally Random thought....but I think it has a much wider application than it's original focus. This is the Student Creed that the karate school my son went to and the students had to memorize it and repeat it at the beginning of every class session. If only more of us would memorize it and start our day out with it the world would improve exponentially! BTW...my son got his Jr Black Belt at 11....
Black Belt Schools of America Student Creed:
"I will conduct myself in a positive manner and avoid anything that would reduce my mental growth or physical health."
"I will develop self-discipline in order to bring out the best in myself and others."
"I will use common sense before self defense, and never be abusive or offensive."
"This is a BLACK BELT SCHOOL. We are dedicated, we are motivated, we are on a quest to be our best. KIYAAH!"
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
I take at that last part there, they break a board over their head and then chop a brick in half.
LOL! Nah...they always did that at the end of class...they just yelled "KIYAAAH"! at the end of the last one. And....they also learned that the most powerful words in the English Language are "Yes I CAN!!" Can't wasn't an option and good or bad that is the real world too!
IBC root beer is seriously one of the greatest drinks ever.
Have you ever had Barqs in bottles? Cause I hear it is the absolute greatest! Course I am NOT a root beer person at all...the only one in my family that despises the stuff. Give me Ginger Ale or even Cream Soda....but the people in my family who DO like Root Beer swears Barqs in bottles is the best ever! Tho good luck finding the bottles anywhere outside Louisiana......
And if you LIKE cream soda...try this drink I just learned to make.....Capt Morgans spiced rum (which I usually do NOT like) and lemon-lime soda mixed over ice...tastes JUST LIKE a cream soda with a kick! 7-up is better than sprite for this but the absolute best is to get the generic store brand lemon-lime sodas in supermarkets....less fuss to it!
CHANDLER, Ariz. — As Joshua Seto, 27, and his fiance, Cara Christopher, walked to a local grocery store last week for refreshments, he tried securing her pink handgun in the front waistband of his pants.
The gun fired, striking Seto's penis and continuing through his left thigh. The bleeding started immediately and was heavy, according to police dispatch recordings released Sunday.
"He is still conscious, there is just a lot of blood," Christopher, 26, told 911 operators and dispatchers when the accidental shooting occurred Tuesday.
One operator told Christopher to apply direct pressure to the wound with a dry towel or T-shirt, but to avoid looking at the wound.
"I did look at it," Christopher said. "It's pretty bad."
When the emergency call first went through, Chrisopher was asked if they needed paramedics, she said yes.
"He's still coherent and everything but he's bleeding quite a lot," she said.
In the wake the accident, police are warning armed residents to use holsters, not waistbands.
The movies and TV shows, like Sons of Anarchy, that show tough guys with guns shoved into their jeans are not realistic, Chandler Police Detective Seth Tyler said Sunday.
The cops and robbers of the silver screen most likely use rubber weapons, which weigh far less than the real things, Tyler said.
"Whenever you handle a firearm, whether you are a novice or experienced, always treat firearms as though they are loaded," said Tyler, a spokesman for the department. "If you are going to carry a handgun on your person, use a holster, not your waistband."
Meanwhile, it is not clear if Seto has been released from the hospital or suffered any permanent damage, Tyler said.
"He is recovering," Tyler said.
He may possibly face charges, too, Tyler said Sunday.
Tyler was unsure of the type of gun, or whether it had a safety that was off.
