Is there any interest in starting another Moogfest thread for logistics? Then we can keep this one for artist and schedule talk while using the other to arrange rides and rooming. What say ye?
Almost a month ago runningraleigh was asking about a logistics thread. It's becoming apparent that we need to keep track of who is going and if they wanna meet up with anyone.
I've started to compile an email list of names and phone numbers. If anyone wants to get on that just pm me your info and I'll update it. DON'T post you phone number on a public message board. Seriously. I learned the hard way, years ago. Our mission is to not just see great music, drink great beer, and eat great food. We now have to keep noage occupied for the course of 3 days.
There have been some grumblings of an Infomoog brunch (via holls) either Saturday or Sunday at the Tupelo Honey Cafe'. We need to pin that down.

I'll be there, I'm staying at a hotel outside of Asheville (Guesthouse Inn). Would be up for meeting up with some Inforooers for a drink ahead of evening festivities
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.
Up for brunch, up for hosting a pre-party Thursday night, up for hosting any other events as it has a kitchen and lots of space.

Yeah! We could have some awesome food with you, LLL and Jack cooking! If you guys want to? Otherwise we can just drink Natty Light and eat Hot Pockets in the hot tub. Hopefully, Druid can come with a jug of her devil water (aka, Apple Pie.)

Listed it. I'm seriously considering going Thursday. I really want to do a Ghost and Haunt tour that night and be in Asheville for an early check in at the hotel and to pick up wristbands at the ACC.
Count myself and karosko, maybe another plus one if I can work my swag, in for the Downtown Inn. I think Airline is planning on it too, but haven't really heard much. Also super down for brunch.

Abra and I are staying in the cabin. We'll be up sometime Friday. I'm starting a new job the beginning of the month, and my schedule for the weekend will depend on whether they'll let me take a couple days off so early into my employment.
I'll be there. Cabin in the mountains. It's about 6 miles out of town. Have super cheap floor space, will torture guests per request....in the hot tub

I'll be there plus girlfriend, but I don't know if I'll be available for a brunch or meet up or anything. I've got some family in the area, and that's going to occupy most of the time I don't spend at shows. It's possible I'll be able to make it out to something, but right now I'm firmly in the "maybe" category.

I'll be there!!! +7 or so. I'm staying with a friend from undergrad at App who lives there now. Actually, I'm supposed to call him about it today... But count me in! Odds are that I won't make it to brunch or anything since I'm traveling with a posse, but I figured I should rollcall anyway!

I went on and rented another night Thursday at the Downtown Inn. Doing a haunted tour of Asheville that night but I'm gonna make it out to the pre-party before hand. It doesn't start till 9.

I'm leaning more toward lunch on Saturday just so we can meet people at this shindig before it's almost over.
If Chris (maynard) can't get off Friday I'd like to try to make it down for the Thursday party if anyone is coming through Knox and doesn't mind giving me a ride to Asheville, one way.
