I've seen them twice and I watched their Roo webcast. They were def energized at Roo. They always put on a good show and try to get the crowd involved.

The Bonnaroo schedule didn't do me that many favors as far eliminating some conflicts. I think for now my major wants are Tune Yards, Tallest Man on Earth, Of Monsters and Men, Sharon Van Etten, Dawes, City and Colour and Deer Tick.

I created a new list in excel after rereading the entire thread so to get some planning information. Have not quite figured out the best way to share it and get the info i need. More soon.
Here is the info that I would like to have to help with planning fuds, booze, transportation, space etc..
Hopefully I have everyone from the thread. It's my understanding that Idio/Vicki/Groz/Meridith are staying in Newport proper.
Would like to confirm who will be staying at QC - and how many in your partay.. Approx arrival day and am/pm is fine. The next buckets are to see who will be using QC transportation to and from Newport friday night, sat day/night, sun day/night. For those that are not using cars or jetpacks, does anyone need a pickup or drop off at an airport, bus, train station, etc. And when d you anticipate leaving (breakfast planning ) If everyone could review/complete/correct what i have listed - either here or via PM it would be greatly appreciated.
I will be staying at QC! My parents will be staying at a hotel, but I couldn't imagine separating myself from the Info masses! As of now, I plan on arriving Friday and will be leaving Monday. As I think I mentioned at Roo, if you need any help prepping, cleaning, etc., I can arrive Thursday evening as well (or really early Friday). Let me know!!! I am also open for airport (Hartford/ Providence) or train (Hartford/ New Haven) pickup/ drop offs. Nothing too late on Monday, because I have a show (THATH) in New Haven that night.
EDIT: I will use QC transport for the festival itself, but I don't have tickets to any of the additional shows.

I will arriving Friday sometime before 3ish, since the Wilco show is at 5. I will be using quackclub transport to and from Wilco on Friday, and to and from the festival on Saturday and Sunday. Depending on when or if I work on Monday will determine my time of departure.

Fawn...am I better of taking Greyhound than Megabus? Where as I taking the bus to? I will most likely need to get picked up. Once I find out where I can take the bus to I will let you know when I will be coming in and leaving.

As for my part in the weekend: I *might* be of help early Friday, depends on a couple of things. I do plan on being there at some point on Friday for a little while, the question is how much and can I assist people with like pickups at the airport or whatnot.
My girlfriend is coming to the festival and lives in Woonsocket. If it's crowded, we can go back to her place. If we're tired or having a good time, can crash at QC. I'm leaving it open ended, so plan for two and maybe it'll be zero.
I got to work on Monday, so I'm leaving Sunday evening like last year.

Hi ODB, The link below lists the schedule for RT from NYC to Prov if you come up Friday and leaving Monday. Megabus is like 1st come, 1st served and the earlier you purchase the cheaper it is.
