Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Right on! I am actually down in Ocala, although I will be in G-ville tonight. In years past, I may have been at brunch, but this year I am not going to make Roo, I have to work on that Sunday. I have been focusing more on Spirit of the Suwanee Music Park with Wanee and Bear Creek. ever go to SOSMP?
Every chance I get! We have been a bit less active there this season to build up 'Roo finances, but were there for most of Wanee, and all of the Purple Hatters Ball. Very few things compare to being able to enjoy a camping festival and swim in the Suwanee at the same time
Well then, maybe you saw us at Wanee, Alice in Wonderland camp and we had another Short cut Trail set up for PHB, we burned a Purple hat made from sticks and yarn on Saturday night at PHB. See you at Hulaween?

Hoping to make Hulaween, altho the new NIN tour comes through around then, and my wife maybe be adamant about attending that.

Name: Jordyn Age: 23 What my user name represents/means: I like getting lost in music; oblivious to everything else. From: Manitoba, Canada Favorite Bands: Well, a lot of my recent favourites are going to be at Bonnaroo this year, but here goes: Meg & Dia, Mumford and Sons, Of monsters and men, the Lumineers... There are others I can't think of off the top of my head... My All-Time Favorite Artist: Impossible question. I don't even know where to start. Favorite Books: I love to read, but don't really have any favourites. Favorite Movies: Twister is a movie I've watched a million times, but still absolutely love. I really like most movies based off Nicholas Sparks books. I don't know, I'm bad at picking favourites. Favorite TV shows: Oh boy. I get a little obsessive. Over a lot of shows. But here goes. Castle (watching it now, actually), Grey's Anatomy, Rizzoli and Isles, Law & Order: SVU, The Big Bang Theory, New Girl, and there are more, but I'll stop it there. First Concert Attended: Errr... Avril Lavigne, maybe? I don't know for sure, though. It was over ten years ago. Although, I did go to some festival concerts with my parents before then. Last Concert Attended: I haven't been to an individual concert in a while, but I did go to Winnipeg Folk Festival last July. Bonnaroos Attended: None, this is my first!
Ahhh, just noticed you are a Gaines-villian, Scrog. I'm just 30 minutes north of you in Lake City. Do you camp with inforoo or join in brunch?? If so I'll have an extry beer for ya.

Oh man, I go to UF, so we are literally right next to each other!!
Seems to be so many of us Central Jerseyans! Welcome and enjoy your first Bonnaroo!
That's awesome! We need to represent so we don't get all those people who like to say there is no such thing as Central Jersey, only North and South. Drives me crazy. How are you going to tell me where I live? Grr. Thanks for the welcome though!
This will be my fourth Roo. I've actually followed this site for a few years as well, but never took the two minutes to register.
I'll follow the lead of posters before me and give some background
Im from southern indiana, about four hours from Roo (10 minutes from Louisville) I mainly go to Roo because I like to take "fun enhancers" and enjoy the music. I first heard of Roo when Jay-Z was going to perform. That wasnt a big enough attraction, but then I also heard that Nas would be there the same year with Damian Marley. My primary music interest is rap, mainly mid 90s during the golden era (outkast, tupac, biggie, bone thugs, nas, jayz, eminem now).
I am pretty centered around rap as far as music, but Roo has given me some great experiences with other genres. The Flaming Lips a couple years back was awesome. Phish last year I was outta my mind on certain things and loved it, especially when it lightly rained during the set.
pretty much I just like to feel good and hear the music.

Hi fellow 'Roosters! I'm paroxysm714's wife - he introduced me to Bonnaroo in 2011 and I've been ever since. I'm a librarian and I love music and books, sometimes music a little more. Shhh!
Currently I'm in bed recovering from the Bonnaflu.

Hey all, I've been really excited about last weekend and had nobody to share with so I finally signed up. This place helped me quite a bit for my first bonnaroo.
I probably should have posted this earlier as I am past 100 posts now, but better late than never, right?
Name: Joe
What my user name represents/means: JFG was a nickname I had growing up. Guess what the ‘F’ stands for.
From: Saint Paul, MN
Favorite Bands: (In No Particular Order) – Doomtree; The Band; The Flaming Lips; Michael Jackson; Alt-J; Pantera; Atmosphere; Al Green; Eminem; Dave Matthews Band; Prince; Pearl Jam; Metallica; Dessa; The Who; Tori Amos; Kid Rock; Beck; Primus; Tom Waits; Bela Fleck and The Flecktones; Rage Against The Machine; NIN; Bob Mould; P.O.S.; Django Django; The White Stripes; David Bowie; Johnny Cash; a bunch more.
My All-Time Favorite Artist: Unfair question which I refuse to answer.
Something you wouldn’t know by looking at me: Y’all have never seen me before, so this question doesn’t work. Well, you might have seen me at Bonnaroo 2013, but you wouldn’t have known it. I was the guy with the red, white, and blue light-up dreadlocks in the Django Django shirt at the Rock & Soul Superjam who almost crapped his pants when ‘1999’ started playing. Not seeing the Purple Yoda from Minnesota himself, I dropped back down to excitement level: insanity
Best Microbrew I’ve had this summer: Superfuzz Blood Orange Pale from Elysian Brewing
Favorite Books: Atlas Shrugged; 1984; one I haven’t read yet
Favorite Movies: The Usual Suspects; 12 Angry Men; The Outlaw Josie Wales; Reservoir Dogs; American Beauty; The Princess Bride; so many more…
Favorite TV shows: My TV has not been plugged in since May 1, 2013. Haven’t missed it, to be honest. When I watched, I liked LOST, Arrested Development, and Futurama; I still watch my DVDs of The Rockford Files.
First Concert Attended: Weird Al Yankovic at Valleyfair Amusement Park
Last Concert Attended: Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers @ Bonnaroo 2013
Favorite character from ‘Winnie The Pooh’: It’s got to be Eeyore – you just can’t get that guy down. His house of sticks blows over, and he says: “I suppose”. His tail falls off, and he says: “I suppose”. Unshakeable. I have tried to live my life according to the Word of Eeyore; it may very well be incorporated into my next tattoo. How can I combine the Roo circles and Eeyore…?
Number of acts I have seen in the last twelve months not counting Bonnaroo: Twenty
Bonnaroos Attended: Just the one so far.
Bonnaroo Wishlist: (In No Particular Order) Prince; Elton John; Daft Punk; Savages; Cloud Cult; IAMDYNAMITE; Doomtree; Beck; Kanye West; Virgin Marys; David Bowie; Pearl Jam; Metric; Florence & The Machine; Jack White; Jake Bugg; George Clinton; Vampire Weekend; Cody ChesnuTT; The Replacements; BOY; Dolly Parton (I don’t ask for much, do I…?)
