Been a lurker for a while - Last roo was 2015, excited to be able to make it back this year!
Incubus fan?
Not particularly, but my partner is. I've cruised the lineup every year since wanting to come back, but time off work never aligned until this year. Discovered a few new favorites on this lineup and had a few I was already excited for. Looking forward to returning! (And not having to go solo this time around)
We're all a mess of paradoxes. Believing in things we know can't be true. We walk around carrying feelings too complicated and contradictory to express. But when it all becomes too big, and words aren't enough to help get it all out, there's always music.

I've gone solo and with people. It's a fun time either way, but I definitely prefer to have people.

I had an incredible time solo and wouldn't hesitate to do it again, but I'm also looking forward to having a few people to reflect back with this time around - That was my main negative to the solo experience.

Very much agreed. I went solo in 2019 bc I was volunteering. I saw tons of people throughout the weekend, but camp was totally solo. It's just not the same if you're not in the same area.

Cool! I asked cause Incubus has a song called Idiot Box. I'll be going solo this time and am very excited, but I definitely agree about the desire to share and reflect on your experiences with people you're close to.

Too funny, I wasn't aware of that! I've been throwing around that user name here and there since my teenage aquabats days in the 90s, I'm surprised my partner didn't bring it up to me! There are definitely solo perks, but I don't mind missing out on them this year

Happy to be here. Getting ready for second Roo. Lurking since 2019. Finally made an account. I am an almost 50 Roo attendee and love reading what other older festival goers enjoy.
Hey everybody. Took a bonnaroo/inforoo hiatus for the last several years (went 2012 - 2014) and excited to return for my fourth year. Mostly here to share my terrible music takes and tastes.
