I would like to say that I really did have an issue at work that prevented me from playing at the start of the game. That wasn't part of my strategy or anything.
The first game i played i was very vocal and asked ton's of questions. I thought just logic could help. So not true with the Mafia peeps lying! SFA was playing as well and taught me about watching the votes and reading the conversation. EAP gave me alot of good pointers even though i was annoying her. ;D It took a while to sink in but both pieces are crucial.

It's funny because you broke it down like this:
The quiet people are always Mafia. The loud people are always townies. The loud people always get voted because they say things people can hold against them.
And yes I played this game horrible, but I almost didnt play cause I didnt understand the rules, def didnt realize there was a vote-off AND a mafia whack lol. sorry peeps.
I've tweaked the opening page a bit. Reordered the opening information to be in game play order. Ntellier - does it read better now?

8) AKA The Bek Rule: Players who have been eliminated are still welcome to post in this thread, but are asked to not say anything leading to any knowledge, suspicions or opinions you might have. This includes use of the Like/Dislike feature.
Sr. Players - are the tweaks to 2 and 8 ok?

I am sitting out the next one. Abra may want a turn, and we can't play in the same game because we use the same computer and may compromise the game due to seeing each others messages on accident. Also, this game is fun but exhausting. I don't see how people do multiple games in a row.
For the record, the initial vote-stack I did was a pure rookie mistake. But thank you to NoAge and Bonzai for giving me a crash course and basically just letting me learn through experience.
I most definitely played up the stupid noob angle (sorry, EAP) to my benefit, which I realize will no longer be available now that I clearly am the mafia-intellectual superior to most of you. No worries though, There's nowhere to go but up, right townies?
Just kidding, I was supremely lucky that no one took me seriously in this game, because there were quite a few times where the spotlight shown on me and i wiggled out of it by herp derping my way to nonsensical responses.
I will say this game is pretty fun, and it does help me get to know you all a little bit better.
And no offense to EAP, but your meltdown had me rolling, if for no other reason than I knew you were at your wits end and I was being stubborn on purpose. Sorry about that, I'll buy you a beer if it means you don't hate me:)

And yes - if your a townie it is SO draining never knowing for sure who anyone is. Townie is the toughest role IMO.

I didn't know this on the other hand. I, at first, thought you were playing it up for effect. You called out JHamm and rdk for going quietly, so I thought you were getting extra pissed to look innocent. We use the same one and we leave each others fb and inforoo open all the time. It'd just be a matter of time before we would see each other's in-box.

i'm not really mad either, but i cannot stand when guys call girls "chick". i feel like that is so quacking derogatory.
