And I was moron coming out on the first day, I'll admit that. I PM'd fawn and asked her if i was allowed to come out and she said yes, so I did. me = dumb
I seriously changed my vote for bonzai the first day because I thought "Claiming to be an inspector the first day is such a bad move that he has to really be it."
Obviously, yes I was mafia and I haaaaated lying every minute of it. NTell/Phi gave me NO choice by calling me out before I even checked into the game! I knew right off the bat that I had NO chance. As the "day" moved on, I had more of a chance than I ever expected even though I was killed. Someone (Duddits, I think) said it right, that NTell HAD to be inspector, even if the announcement was a bad decision- the other experienced members also followed suit.
Oh well, I tried my best. My mafia members, NoAge and Flanzo, did amazing. I even proposed marriage to them, but neither have accepted. Drunk Bonnie maaayy love people (you MAY have noticed)
And yes - if your a townie it is SO draining never knowing for sure who anyone is. Townie is the toughest role IMO.
Yes. Way "easier" as mafia. I hate being in a situation to second guess others. I truly am a truster. I trust everyone I know. I need to kick that!! I was SO excited to get the mafia role and to hopefully get a better idea of the game. I was killed off too quickly for that to be true, but I still hope that I learned some from this game.

Maynard- totally impressed with you. Your guesses might have not been right on, but you obviously did your homework and really analyzed the situation. You are SO on the right track.
EAP- You would have been fine if you didn't get upset! I am sorry that it got to you! I got killed off round one of my first game as a townie!! I learned dry and no lube that this game is rough.
NTell/Phi and RDK- I think you two are the reason why mafia won! Sorry, love you guys, but true.
RDK- I feel SOOOO bad that you got killed off for defending me (a mafia member). I'm sorry :/
I am sorryyyy for commenting about the Bonzai/NTell Facebook friending, but it wasn't that I just made a mistake. I honestly that at the time, since it was unrelated, that people needed to know it was unrelated. I didn't think that I was breaking rules. I didn't comment again about this because.. well.. obviously I couldn't. I didn't want to over emphasize that NTell and I were not affiliated in this game. Now RELATED to that… Flanzo and I actually did become Facebook friends at the beginning of this game. Luckily no one caught that. That saved us. Also kinda funny, Duddits FB friended me a few days ago- just a day or two after the NTell friending. If that was caught, it also could have caused suspicion. All funny anecdotes.
NoAge really was busy in the beginning. He even ignored Flanzo and I. He was telling the truth… although he was mafia as well. hehe.
All in all, I think this game will go down in history. Love you all. I'm down for next game. Ive been drinking so hopefully this post makes sense. Aaaaaand breath.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Don't feel bad for making some bad decisions. You really can't understand the game from reading although it helps immensely. It's like driving a car. You watch your parents do it when you're a kid and think you can when it's time to get your license but then you find out that there's a lot more to it than you thought. Looking forward to following the next game to see the noobs learn from their mistakes. The worst mistake I saw the Townie noobs make (except for Phi to come out on the first page - that was really bad) was to stay too quiet and not challenge EVERYONE.
Maynardave had great ideas and never really pursued them. Duddits was way too quiet. RDK fixated on Phi's inspector story and screwed himself so his insightful accusations were lost. Nobody noticed Flanzo waltz his way through every vote. This voting looked like a lottery drawing because nobody really dug.
Oh yeah. And whomever LD votes for is a Townie. It's a good thing he really isn't Dexter because there would be a lot of innocent bodies floating around Miami.

Maybe you won't be a townie next time. I was watching Maynard play and I kept screaming "It's RDK, Ntell, and bonnie who are mafia". I suppose i'm pretty bad at this already!
Good game Mafia! Noage, you would have got past me, but FlanzO, I was on to you. Good idea Whacking me off! EAP, getting upset and making people feel stupid, because they are noobs in this game and you are not playing again until people who know how to play, play again, that does nothing for your defense and the townies. Not that it matters, but that could have been a good teaching moment, but you blew up instead. That is understandable, this game is very frustrating and we all have let our emotions get the best of us. Not sure it would have done any good though, because you were following my lead to LD, who was a Townie as well. Maybe you could have talked them into voting for Noage other than LD, but still. Hope you play next game. LD, I do not mean or set out to always vote for you, you just always seem guilty to me? Go figure.

Quacker, I was reluctant to pursue some ideas because it seemed like all the people who were really putting themselves out there were getting voted off. I figured it would be better to tone it down, so I'd be around a little longer. Not that being around longer did much good in the long run.
Smoke and mirrors, my dude. Whenever anyone looked at me, I just sided with someone else's argument (giving myself an immediate "ally") and we generally swung the discussion away from me.
I was certain I was going to get voted off on Day 3 for some reason. I just felt after RDK I was the next most outspoken, so I was a goner.

Yeah, that's the damned if you do damned if you don't syndrome.
My take on it is if you're a Townie (and not inspector) you have absolutely nothing to go on and it's frustrating so you need to prompt discussion from other players to get an inkling if they're Mafia or not. You can catch them in a contradiction based on posts and voting if you're lucky/good. That's why Mafia tend to be quiet. Fewer statements to get tripped up on. A shrewd Mafia will discuss and try to appear desperate for info too. Flanzo did a good job at that. I would have suspected Noage and Jhamm the last game as they were pretty quiet. It certainly doesn't guarantee that they're Mafia but if they didn't start posting more they would have been on my radar and I would scrutinize their votes closely.
I've been lucky in that in my two games I've gotten to be on each side of the law so it helped to gain each perspective.
I had FlanzO, when he did not want a run-off, I did the same thing when I was Mafia my first game. From listening to EAP, Bek, and Bacon and others talk mafia strategy, townies want a run off, you want to see who wants to vote for who, how many in a run-off sometimes varies, but like Noage said, look at the quiet ones as Mafia, I believe townies want a run-off.
LD, I need a voting partner and since we both know I will be calling you Mafia next game, I figure we should be voting peeps. What do you think?

Totally legit and lots of fun. I would PM with you but I will certainly know FM's role and it could be misconstrued that I am discussing stuff I shouldn't so I'll need to beg off.

Spectators can PM other spectators and speculate as much as they want to with each other, but they can't post in the thread or PM to any players any info which may sway anyone's votes.
