This will by my 4th Roo, the previous 3 trips we did in the regular GA area. After the dust bowl last year, we have decided to try the RV route. We have 10 folks, so we are planning on renting 2 RV's from Cruise America.
I am interested in seeing how big the RV camping area is, does anyone have a pic of their setup? We have a bunch of EZ UPs, etc but want to make sure there is room.

This is our first RV year as well, so I can't really help you with pictures, but have you contacted Cruise America yet about reserving your RV? If not, you should ASAP because they tend to go quick for Bonnaroo weekend.

If you are still "planning" on renting from Cruise American and have not already, you may be shit out of luck, unless you drive one in from outside of Tennessee.
I found out yesterday that the pickup/dropoff times may be an issue for some renting from Cruise America.
Pickup time is no earlier than 1 PM on the day you are to pick up.
Dropoff is no later than 11 AM on the day you are to drop off.
This means that you have to pick up on Wednesday (you can't pick it up at 8 AM Thursday morning hoping to hop in line and be at roo at a reasonable hour) Duluth, GA where I am picking mine up is 4+ hours from Roo, which BEST CASE puts me in line at 530-6 (of course that won't happen because I am going to have to stop and fill the thing with food and supplies for the weekend) Then wait in line for 3 hours, that puts me in after dark... and after a whole lot of music has passed.
Minimum rental is 5 days, so If you pick up on Wednesday, you can get to roo by Wed night and have a nice relaxing day THursday. However, this poses a problem returning the thing. Being 4+ hours from Duluth means leaving no later than 6 AM to account for fueling up and Atlanta traffic. Getting up at 6 AM on Monday after watching the closing show and after a weekend of raging partying seems... bleh, not ideal.
So, in conclusion I will be picking up on wednesday and booking for 6 days (I have already booked 5 I am just adding a day) that way I can drop off any time on Monday, and I will get to roo a night early.
On a completely different subject - I have a friggin obsession with Bonnaroo for some reason. I don't think a day goes by that I do not check these boards, or look at maps, or think about SOMETHING Roo related. I talk about it a lot too. Some of my friends are as excited about it too, but even they are getting close to sick of me talking about it.
Is there a medicine I can take to alleviate this prollem? Is anyone else afflicted with it?

1) We're picking up ours on Wednesday (well, other people in our group are but you know what I mean). Plan is to go in Wednesday night. I am a big fan of this because I've gone in overnight the last two years and I end up crashing before Thursday is over. 2) The only cure for Bonnaroo fever is more Bonnaroo. Sorry. 3) To get a picture in your signature, either upload or copy the image url to your signature in your profile then put the image tags around it ([*img] and then [*/img]) Remove the asteriks. Then you should be good.

We had a nice set up at camp RV inforoo! had a nice big common area among our RVs too! WE purchased a huge Tarp and connected our RV with our neighbors campers and had the best best shade area!. If I can find a pic Ill share.
As my Inebriated buddy walks out of the Porto, he yells out, "Dude...I love this place...bonnaroo thinks about everything...they even put beer holders next to the toilet!"
Had to break it to him that that was the urnal. Good times good times!
FYI I talked to Cruise America today, and they have 2 30' RVs left in Duluth, GA.
THis is the closest to Roo as you are going to get if you are coming from anywhere south of Atlanta. The rates went up a little since I rented (about 1065 is the total including everything)
here was our set up in Camp RV INfOROO section one. We had arranged the RVS in a way to have a nice big common area
