Depends on whether you want to cook while you're there and what your facilities are for keeping things cold. We had popsicles last year that were fantastic but only lasted a day in the heat.
I think I'll try to cook breakfast (maybe?) and then have pre-made or bought lunches and dinners. I'll definitely be bringing a big cooler fully stocked.

I bring less and less food with me every year. There's too much awesome vendor stuff to be had in Centeroo. I usually just bring some cereal bars or something similar. You have to strongly take into account the heat both in the storage of said food and your potential enjoyment of it (anything dairy in the heat = gross). Also, check out this thread for tips on the awesomeness in Centeroo.
We've whittled it down over the years to basically just big brunches every day... fresh fruits, fried potatoes & onions, chorizo/egg/cheese tacos, ect. Special treats the rest of the day.
We always bring stuff for a big breakfast. It's the best thing to start your day. Like others have said, lots of fruit and vegetables. Eggs, hash browns. Basically everything you need for a garbage plate.
I also have two staples in my cooler at ever festival I've been to for the last 15 years.
1. fruit salad. It really tastes good right before and right after late night sets. I know I put the recipe up somewhere on this site.
2. pasta salad. The pasta is a really good source of energy. This is also a good thing to have back at your tent before heading out to the headliners and such. Again the recipe is somewhere in this site.
But those things are good to have because they are readily available and they last for days.
I think this year I might want to bring a small cooler with dry ice in it so I can have freezy pops and a bucket of margaritas. I usually bring the margaritas to closer festivals but a regular cooler with just frozen water in it won't keep the margaritas slushy for more than a few hours.
I never buy food in centeroo. Actually when I was pregnant the arapas were calling my name and were the best decision ever.
