Scrog, you seem not to have made a significant vote yet until your vote for EAP. What's your theory on who's who? I'd love to hear it. You've been pussyfooting with Duddits and Abra when votes for them don't mean anything. That doesn't mean that I suspect Duddits and even Abra is lessening on my Mafiadar. And i am well aware you were out of town, but my point was that you have been quiet this entire game, before you came to Nashville. The fact that you typed all that out to draw suspicion on me even more confirms the fact that I got my vote right.
I didn't type all that out to draw suspicion to you. I was putting my thoughts down in the thread. My intention is not to get a townie voted out so I'm saying my thoughts. The reason you would vote for her is because if EAP got voted out by the townies then you would have the inspector (possibly) taken care of and would be free to whack another townie. If you are a townie you really need to read back over the posts because you are certainly on the wrong track by voting for me.
I just reviewed EAPs posts in this thread and she never really seems to point her fingers at anyone, so her whack doesn't really give us much to go by this round.

Meaning shit votes? I was happy with the three we had in the run off last round, no reason for me to mess that up. Duddits put a vote on me, a meaningless vote, and I returned the favor, it had no change in who was in the runoff, but since I had one vote, I thought the person who voted for me should also have a vote. Abra was my voting partner. All three of us were Mafia last game and it would not surprise me if one of us was Mafia this game. I am townie and when I look at the other two, Abra seems more like Mafia. I gave my reason voting for EAP, she seemed to me to be Mafia, but I was wrong about that. My vote for Noage goes on Mafia trying to not be quiet and hide in the mix, Noage most of your votes do not have a lot of substance, like you were posting to just increase your vote count. That is why I voted for you.
If Mafia thought EAP was the Inspector, than Duddits would have made his last vote that round for EAP, he did not, if Duddits was Mafia he had a chance to vote her off, but he did not, for that, I do not see Duddits as Mafia. If Mafia whacked EAP because they thought she was the Inspector, than good whack, but if they did it to throw us off the trail, then SFA is Mafia.
I agree about Duddits. And I hope Jhamm was Mafia. I know I'm a Townie and I know EAP was so if Jhamm wasn't we are pretty much under the gun. So as it is I feel comfortable that EAP, Duddits and I are Townies. I'm going to reread tomorrow at sober time to see what that information does for me. I think I'll be in every runoff from this point on and that doesn't really bother me. I just want to make sure there is a Mafia there beside me.
Think this is right all, but tired. On behalf of the ref, every one has voted. Plan on voting closing tomorrow at 8 pm, unless conversation is still in play.
Its probably understood in my prior post, but in no way am I sitting here saying I think Quacker is Mafia. My vote is subject to change if other's aren't changed. If FM's count is correct, right now it looks like Quacker is the only player with two votes.
I just think when a player votes for A, and then B, and then C, and then maybe back to A, or maybe even to D, it is doing somewhat of a disservice to the Townies. Think about it. Mafia know they are Mafia. The townspeople are voting blindly less the Inspector. Of the 3 Mafia if one/or more is/are continuously changing votes each day, its harder for Townspeople to group the 3 Mafia together (let alone damn near impossible of the Inspector dies without coming forth with at least one of the Mafia's names), especially if they are changing their votes for different people at all times.
I don't want to see Quacker outright voted off. As a Townie I don't see that being as beneficial to Townie strategy right now as having a Day 2 runoff. And to be fair Surfbum, Phi, AND Quacker have all changed votes mid-day this round.

However, at this point, anyone who changes their vote to put someone in the runoff could potentially be looked at as trying to protect Quacker if he is mafia...

Nah, there will be a runoff. There always is unless the inspector has came out and the townies know for sure who to vote for. I think a lot of people find his playing to bold to be mafia. I'm kinda/sorta in that group because I've reffed a game when he was mafia. He's playing totally different. However, that really isn't proof. That's what makes the game so fun and emotional at times. haha.
But remember, if the mafia think the inspector is dead they might try to fake inspector. I'm about 60/40 that the mafia killed EAP because of the hints she gave. If the inspector hasn't came out at some point in round 3 we can all be pretty sure that it was her.

Unless her vote for Jham meant something. I've only scene Mafia voted off in the first round twice in the 8 or so games I've played. One was because the inspector got in the runoff and has to come out in the first round. I actually have a statistic for it that I put in a one game that goes way past before i played. It's very uncommon to get a mafia member in the first round. They always either tinker with the votes or just set back and let the townies take each other apart.

I don't find Duddits suspicious really but as to your thinking... If you think someone is inspector then you don't try to get them into a vote lead where they have to come out so early in the game and give the only name they have. That would force the mafia to kill the inspector and either lose a member(possible two) in round one (if they are also in the runoff) or forfeit the next round. Best to help the "inspector" survive the runoff and then whack them.
We have a lot of new players but I think you should know this by now.
That doesn't make Duddits anymore of a suspect then the rest of us but it's true.
If Mafia whacked EAP because they thought she was the Inspector, than good whack, but if they did it to throw us off the trail, then SFA is Mafia.
How does this make me Mafia? EAP made several hints to this. You would have to be blind not to see that she was the best whack as the "actually" inspector.

I am going to try to check in tomorrow between work and hooping classes. Probably have a couple minutes before I leave for work too. I usually get home around 7 on tuesdays when voting is suppose to end. Will that be the end of the day or the end of the runoff portion?
If there is a bunch of activity going on, I won't end it at 8. She made that deadline not me. In a perfect world I don't wanna have this dragged out for days with little going on in between.

Correct - once the last vote is in it helps to set a deadline - but always with the caveat that if discussion is still active it will not close. Following the Sr's direction, if there are questions that are unanswered, voting stays open. But if ya'll are chatting but only about the weather, than LD can close voting because the deadline was posted.

We need this runoff! I don't feel comfortable killing someone off without a runoff. But I do have to admit, I am apprehensive to make a move. I made a move like that in the last round and it got me killed.

Good. I was going to leave my vote with Surfbum rather than pick a person with one vote to be in the runoff with me. Hopefully the runoff will show some patterns here.

The evidence is really piling up here. Protecting Quacker, voting against a townie and flying under the radar...and...something else....
I have faith in my fellow townies, I believe the vote will be for Mafia this round and not for me. I realize that I have a huge target on my back now with NoAge and quacker and whoever the 3rd mafia is, so if I make it through this round (and whack) Im coming straight for whichever of the 2 of you is left.
I am almost tempted to switch my vote from Quacker to you but you are both Mafia so it would be a lateral move. Its interesting that the 2 of you are both the most suspiscious and both voting together against me.
Im good either way, but I would prefer a 3 way runoff, preferably with NoAge.
If I am right, and the voting goes right (we vote off quacker or NoAge) and they whack me - you all will know I was right and can easily vote another Mafia off next round.

OK I am about to make a bold move here. I do not know if this has been done before or not and I do not really care. Hopefully this will prove to my townies that I am not mafia, and get 2 mafia in the runoff with me.
We need 3 in this runoff. Hopefully 2 mafia and myself. Once another vote is changed I will vote for either Quacker or NoAge. Hopefully I do not have a choice between the 2, because someone will have voted for the other. So here goes.
