We could have a guess who's Juggs game blindfold the Skrillex/Blind Melon Girl let her lick you we will of course use Thom Yorke and Prince for decoys. If we allowed multiple accounts then I'm pretty sure everyone would have like 2 or 3 usernames.

I feel like the "multiple accounts" thing should be decided on a case by case basis. For instance, creating multiple accounts just to be an asshole, or to get around a ban? No dice. But if someone creates a legitimately funny gimmick account, I don't see the harm.
I agree but you know how people can get. Once people find out that one person controlling a second, funny account to post humorous things then everyone else will begin creating their own "funny" accounts and then everyone becomes a comedian and nobody knows who is who.
It's funny when one or two people do it....not so much when a ton of people are.
