There arent too many of us on the board. So while this is a good place to look, I'd start checking with people more locally. Also, maybe hit up some people in Champaign-Urbana once it's summer I bet a few people will be departing from Chicago.

I'd love to help, but we are pretty full. I think once it gets closer you will start to see more people from Chicago, I believe last year there was a caravan all the way there, I'm sure you guys could hop in there. If not, some one created a ride finder last year. Not sure how that turned out or how safe it is. Best of luck...

Thanks guys. I've just this week decided on going to Roo again this year so I'm a little over-excited and want to figure out my plan asap. We may fly down, but that would be pricey since I'll have to fly home from Chicago to CT after Roo is over as well.. But we'll see, I'm sure more people will start posting here once it gets closer.

What about Mega Bus? If you can get to Nashville, I bet some one could help you from there. I think half of this board lives in Nashville, or you can take the shuttle from Nashville.
I just looked. If you leave Chicago on Wednesday morning, you'll get there late Wednesday night. If you leave Nashville Monday, you'll be home late Monday night. $1 from Chicago to Nash, $7 from Nash to Chicago.
Or maybe rent a car once you got to Nashville so you have your own mode of transportation and safe place in case it rains or to lock your stuff up.
