you know I am seeing alot of people say this I actually got to the screen where I entered my cc twice! The screen said processing then that 404 error screen appeared. I am assuming Bonnaroo just needed time to catch up I am not a trained professional so its my best guess.If you have your proof or can get by going to your bank then contact bonnaroo with the info you have. Im sure someone who matters would be willing to help. .I would consider yourself lucky you dont have to wait in angnst for the next sale....like yours truly... Worse worse case dispute with your bank.

I didn't get any errors after entering my CC info or anything, and I also got a conformation email with my receipt #.

You had me a bit worried but I just checked and mine's still pending. I have a confirmation email so I'm fairly confident now. The lag between finalizing the sale and getting a confirmation email was painful, though.
I'm guessing that as long as you've got your email you should be fine. Give it through Monday's bank holiday and if there's still a discrepancy, consider reaching out to the ticket folks.
