I paid mine of early last week (last two payments) because I was hoping for exactly this...I wanted my wristband as early as possible to get into the spirit of roo.....wink.
So far, no email saying they shipped it and I haven't received it. Will post back when the email comes stating they have shipped....I do hope they do so soon.
In the first email, they said they will ship the wristbands for "fully paid tickets in the order the ticket was purchased"....so I think it is two tiered, first when the ticket was purchased and then if it is paid in full.
