Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
I grew up worshipping Rock and Roll like a religion. I know its shortcomings and strengths but have loved it unconditionally all the same since I was eight-years old. I ran away and joined the circus and honestly, I'm still as obsessed as I was as a boy. I'm not a kid anymore but I still remember how it felt and it doesn't really feel all that different to me now.
this guy has his heart in the right place but his attitude seems kind of eliteist and more about convincing people how awesome he is for enduring bonnaroo than actually helping people prepare with just the essentials and let them make their own choices from there.
the fact there's a whole section on showering just kills it for me hahaha
Wow that's totally a complete waste of money spent on buying a domain name. But so is the hundred dollars he spent on that silly shower that the Coleman camp shower is just as good as. And the guy writes like a 14 yr old. I commend him for his effort though.
Hi guys, definitely not an elitist. Definitely not in a field that requires great grammar either. I started the site as a hobby, because I read some not so true things online. I have a huge Inforoo logo and link on my site and suggest people use it. I like building my own things, and sharing them with others. Sure you can buy a coleman shower online for 20 bucks. But the one I give plans for is from a boat bilge pump. It will work for probably 20 years. And anyone can improve on it. I also build solar chargers, Wifi units, guitar and bass effects and amps. I play in a Band. I love bonnaroo and I love helping people out. The site isn't perfect, but I feel it helps people out. I am an Army Vet who camped in many adverse conditions. Check it out it has changed a lot. The Shower page you laugh at has 400,000 hits and is in a top 50 Google search. Look me up at Roo 2013 I'll buy you a beer. Maybe Jam at my site. I play Bass. www.bonnarootips.com

I really like that flag pole. I tried to make a PVC one last year and it really didn't work out. Although, I'm a little more hesitant about flag poles now since someone pointed out they were basically lightning rods. Still wouldn't be as bad as a metal one I guess.
I highly recommend the telescoping 25 footers online. The 50 footer was a bit reckless. It was heavy.
The telescoping one is light, compact and sturdy. And I would definitely not want to be around it with any electrical storms for sure.
I really want to make a staff for the shows, include an arduino board with a light sensor and program it to drive a servo anytime someone lights it up with a lazer. Have the servo drive a "hit" LED sign. Possibly add a hunters motion camera with a wide angle lens...

I have no idea what you just said but go for it dude.

Can't remember but I think this is the page I used to prep for my first Roo and I had ZERO "first-timer problems" so while it is a little over the top in some categories I'm sure one can figure out what will and will not be helpful to their personal Roo experience (i.e. skipping the flag pole).

Just some constructive criticism of your site here. I wanted to check out your recommendations on flag poles and I can't read it! I'm quite positive there is text there but I am colorblind so I literally cannot see the words on the screen once they hit the lighter shade of blue below the picture. Just thought you should know because a lot of people don't take colorblindness into consideration when laying out stuff like this.
Other than that I think it is a pretty cool site. Well done.
The site is reconfigured. Has a new radio streamed right from my house. 90Mbps Internet with a static ip and dedicated server.
I have backlinked Inforoo A few Times! If any admins are looking, I have advertised Inforoo there on my homepage and a few other places, Just wondering if you mind?
In case anyone else is wondering, we have free phone charger tutorials up!
