Hey I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with cops like undercovers or bonnaroo security? What happened? What was the result of everything? What advice can you give to other roo goers? This will be my 3rd 'roo but it doesn't help to get good advice.
One of my buddies had his "goodies" hidden pretty well in his bag. The security found it (punks spent a minute searching his bag... they were greedy). He called over his manager to show him, and I assume to get some cops involved. By the time the Roo security looked up to call over his manager, my friend had dipped into the crowd in Centeroo. The manager accused someone else of the "goodies" being his, but seeing as it wasn't, there was no other work to be done.
Thank goodness my friend got away okay. That could have Roo-ened our Roo. Keep a look out for the chill Roo security!
This man came up to me just the other day, asked me I'd been born again. I told him, "I didn't think I had." That I had been rejected. But I think, Hell's got all the good bands anyway. And Bonnaroo.
I have a friend who had her campsite raided by undercover cops last year. They were set-up close to the road and the fuzz were apparently wandering dressed in plain clothes. Well they saw them doing some no-so-legal stuff, walked straight over and started searching them, their cars and their campsite. I believe one of their buddies took the fall for the whole deal...and i dont know what ultimately happened to him.
Beware the clean shaven guy in the brand new, spotless tye-dye tee. Esp. if there are two of them.
