Whether it's your first Bonnaroo or you’re a music festival veteran, we welcome you to Inforoo.
Here you'll find info about artists, rumors, camping tips, and the infamous Roo Clues. Have a look around then create an account and join in the fun. See you at Bonnaroo!!
Per the official website under the volunteer tab, it appears that once volunteers enter the campground, they will not be allowed to leave. Does anyone have any further info about this, besides what is seemingly stated on the official site?
I would think the same rules apply for all, except that you have hours that you have to be working, but...
why would you want to?
Take in a plastic jar of peanut butter, crackers, graham crackers, some cans of soup, and vitamins....it's only four days, plus maybe a couple more for volunteers. I take pb and grahams, then buy a dinner meal (self made burritos sure work)...all I need.
We got a volunteering email recently to sign up and it said there is no leaving once you're on the farm. Bring everything you need. Check-in is at a different location than the farm too, so you could shop at Walmart in between checking in and driving onto the grounds probably.
There is a chance that maybe post-fest can have access away from grounds on Monday or something. I've heard Clean Vibes post-fest volunteers even go out to a local park or something and hang out before doing their shifts.
I'd just say plan it out so you're either bringing a little for Tues-Thurs (though some vendors in the regular volunteer camping area should be open for us) and spend at vendors the rest of the time OR... plan out a list of what you need to last you the whole time if you want to avoid spending on vendor food (though, you'll probably still do so when staying in Centeroo a while). Volunteer camping spots aren't the closest to Centeroo either, so keep that in mind.
