So that is weird Karosko shows as a new account with three posts but you can view his hundred most recent even as the old Karosko. Strange stuff.
Also your new account shows up beside all your old posts can you edit them? Could someone theoretically make a juggernaut account and go back and edit all his old posts and then be able to change the avatars and stuff beside his old posts?
Editing Juggs posts would be like editing a Monet.
Actually while I am not going to do it given the rash of recent bannings, and drama but I Was thinking about doing AWATD and redoing the title on his Radiohead thread.
Thought about this quite a bit. Not one to stir up the SH*t. However the last week has had More than it's fair share of drama.
What I kept rereading was not necessarily about Emoney. It appears to be somewhat of a power struggle between cliques that are part of this board. Who's friends with whom, who's friends with mods.. Much like high school which i can barely remember. Others have touched on it.. I'll put it out there. Smite me as you will.
First.. don't be an ( | ) and interogate the mods that much. Have ya'll ever seen the news- like on tv? " He was such a quiet person, can't believe he did that'. For all you know EM could have sent a PM threating a life. NOT that he would but really.. You don't know!
As a noob, I was terrified to actually post rather than lurk. I knew I'd be crucified because I don't care if the music I like is relevant, commercial, pop, rock, metal, they sold out, sold their souls.. whatever.. if i like it, i like it. Music is crucial to my world, and if my ears and brain like it - so be it. I like Creed, Lifehouse, Jackson Brown, Reba!!,Bad Company, Brandi Carlisle and on and on. If i here AC/DC.. I have to grab a beer in one hand and a no-no that i have not touched in way too many yearsr! I like what i like. And i LOVE getting turned on to new music that is 'acceptable'.
Folks come to inforoo for many reasons. Some just want info, so they lurk, get the info, and leave. Others come because they want to be part of it. Part of something more.. Bonnaroo and Inforoo. We need a 'safety zone' for the newer folks to post, comment, ask questions, with some slightly not politically correct folks to GENTLY advise or even deter (Trolls). We have peeps that devote a month to BMOTM. Why not a noobs safety thread?
To continue my rant..I Wanted to be part of this community, but was so scared of posting on the music thread because of strong personalities like Juggs, Nod, Jess. Still am. That said... I reached out on a chance and a feeling of good vibes.. And started a new clique. It's called QSAROO now. The best clique eva. We do good things for great people. Thank you Bryan-Scrog from the bottom of my heart! We do good things!! You are the epitomy of I-roo despite your perverted old man I-Roo persona!! HAHA. If peeps put as much energy towards good things as they do banning, Inforoo would be that much better.
All that said and time passed... I PM Jess for advice here and there, created NOd's NO'd shirt for the brunch last year, and am desperately missing Juggs. He does say what many are thinking but dont have the balls to say it. And he focuses on the behavior, not the person.
Juggs - sweet- I know you are reading. I fessed up to loving bad music, starting Qsaroo, and adoring my new younger brother Scrog.
Thanks Phi. All i can think about is years back when a F* brilliant man we worked with and loved dropped dead on the sidewalk out front of work. Too much good food, good whiskey, and cigs. At the time we all thought the company we worked for would collapse without his knowledge of the financials. Much to our surprise life went on and the company did not fold. Others stepped up and filled the gap. Not as well though.

Yeah, really nice post fawnmart. I could just hit the "like" button, but I felt it warranted more.
Juggs was like the police to me: ya know, sometimes someone was getting really annoying, obnoxious, borderline racist or something, and I'd think "where's Juggs when you need him?"
I know I'm a noob, but I lurked for two years off and on before this (talk about being scared to post!), and alot of the long-time posters on here were the reason I wanted to join.
