Some time ago I asked Bonnaroo to please fix the drainage issue at the corridor going from What to Which resulting in thousands of people funneling over a few wooden pallets.
I recently got a reply:
"Hey glad you asked! We've actually fixed this problem this year!"

I was lying in a burned out basement With the full moon in my eyes. I was hoping for replacement When the sun burst thru the sky. There was a band playing in my head And I felt like getting high.
Welcome back Bonz, but I do not find it strange that your presence being requested in the Orgy thread and then you showing up, like it was the quacking Bonzai Bat Signal.
Good to know. The ditch and pallet bridges was just and inconvenience for me. . . but I felt horrible for the couple in electric wheel-chairs that drove through that water after circling for five minutes trying to find another way.
My gf and I went and notified staff at the front-gate office.
Im really hoping they did a liiiiiittle better than filling with concrete or rocks, and put a drain in underneath the concrete or rocks. But regardless, if they say they "fixed" it, I can assume there's no pile of plywood, and ANYTHING will be better than what it's been the past few years!!! ;D

I agree that they have a point. They are totally right, you don't know how fixed it is until it is tested. Doesn't mean that they shouldn't be applauded for putting the effort forward (that MIGHT have fixed the problem).

Also, it's worth pointing out that they are saying this in March when they still have a couple months to see how it reacts to heavy rain. I say they installed some black corrugated pipe (see below) with some smaller wooden bridges over it. For the run that they are making it, it wouldn't be too expensive or difficult.

My point is we don't know if they even put the effort forward lol. They just told us they did.
I do applaud all the efforts they make to improve the farm. The roads and grass and all that stuff is better every year. I just know that I'm going to wait and see what they do with the ditch
