Pancakes vs. Waffles - The Greatest Debate

Yeah, I don't really know if Taco Bell making a waffle product is a plus or minus for waffles.

While eating my chicken and waffles at IHOP last week, I actually thought of this thread, and how much waffles should really be winning.

To me it really all depends on the toppings and sides (toppings more than sides really). If it's just butter and syrup, waffles win. Chocolate chips and whip cream.....pancakes all the way. However if you're throwing fruit in the mix, maybe a little powdered sugar, then crepes reign supreme. Just my 2 pennies.

You can put stuff in between pancakes too.

Impossible, the creation of a waffle needs a press and cheese doesn't fuck with that -- wouldn't contain it.

Pancakes win once again. Crepe takes a possible second place
