I had no idea that pancakes on the heads of people and pets was so popular. But now that i do know, there will be a photo of me with a pancake on my head at every Roo I attend until Im dead and gone.

As far as breakfast goes, my vote is still pancakes. BUTTTTTTTT those darn waffles with chocolate and nuts and such on them that sit on the bakery counters in Amsterdam. OMG. I don't think I have EVER been so happy eating something sweet. Granted, I have never had sooo much corn in one weekend in my life, either. BUT OMG. I am drooling over here. They are served room temperature and have sugar crystals in all the cross sections.... oh man. (I can't find a good pic at the moment.)
