I never intended to vote sfa in the runoff as you can see in my post switching to him. Think of the vote as not washing your hockey equipment in the playoffs. It probably does not help, but anything we can do to keep the townies winning this round is fair game.
I mean, I'm not totally opposed to a 3rd in the runoff because, as I said before, I don't want SFA gone until I KNOW that he is mafia... and I really don't think EAP is mafia 3 games in a row (of course, it is possible, especially with a new ref.)

yeah bacon is right, the roles are completely random. each ref does it a little different, but i did a random number generator and used the list of players.
my vote is also standing, there is no reason to put a 4th in the runoff.

Agreed that they are random. But i do believe in luck. Plus, cstnz had no issue with a similar voting pattern of mine last game. Curious as to why it bothered him so much this game

And sorry bacon, I didn't think of that, so I guess I won't count EAP just on that. But I still do think it's weird that Viking stacked on SFA just for luck. I just wanted to assure all of you I chose the roles completely random. I had everyones names up in a spreadsheet and held down the scroll button and stopped it randomly to choose each roll.
With that being said, there is discussion but no votes have changed since earlier today so if no votes are changed the runoff will start at 9PM EST 8PM Central

Last game, you DID comment in Day 1 several times, including on this very issue. Either you forgot or you are ignoring that. Also, your comment on forgetting that previous games have no impact on this game is very suspicious considering that last game we had an extensive discussion of odds over the very same person.
I was wrong about Phi last game, but we still won, even if you didn't like how I played. I am not saying you are mafia, but you have to admit, it is suspicious. Especially forgetting about the odds discussion that we spent a page on last game.
I know I am a townie. I am going to do the same thing as last game, but tone it down a bit. As the players who played with me last game can tell you, I post a lot and often long posts. The experienced players will tell you thats how you catch lies. I would like to stick around since I like the townies winning, but thats up to the town.
Oh, and with EAP, I really like bacon's reasoning, but EAP really has not done anything suspicious to me yet. I dont think her getting blocked by a voting partner is indicative of her being mafia. But you never know, we got surf by luck last game.

Thats my style. Knock it if you want, but if it ain't broke, I am not fixing it. If we lose this game (assuming you are on the townie side with me) then I will consider changing it again. At least it gives you something more interesting to read than, "wow, he switched a vote. I dont like that. It is suspicious. I am voting for him."

There is no way for us to know if SFA is mafia or not. While he helped teach me a few things last game, I am not going to lean on him blindly. And at this point, I am the only one who I absolutely KNOW is a townie. I am not really attacking this point. Just bringing up interesting facts from last game.
Also, if you think I am going to get voted off without posting any pertinant facts I find, you are mistaken. I am open to switch to EAP, but at this point, looking at your 2 previous games, and based on my previous post, I am staying where I am. If you have a different string than what I put out, as I said, I am open to change.
iv worked at a few summer camps and after school programs, and i can't get over the fact that when kids know they are bad or are doing something wrong they want everyone to "absolutely KNOW" they are good whether that be helping you put away equipment, or keeping track of facts so their opinion is regarded higher then others sometimes the bad kids are your biggest helpers. Take that anyway you like but iv just noticed most kids act the same way as adults with an upgrade in vocabulary, and manners (hopefully).
that's the reasoning behind my switch as well as the fact that my first vote was basically a blind vote, no one had voted for CST at that point and I saw no reason making a majority on an assumed to be innocent fellow towns-person

I would suggest you go back and read a few games, and as I said last game, that's the point. It is attention grabbing in order to turn bright lights on players (which includes myself), while opening up all of my thoughts so you can see them and hopefully know I am a townie. Some people really don't like this style, but I think it helped last game, so I am sticking with it.
I really suggest reading previous games because it helps understand a lot more. But as I learned last game, there is no substitute for experience. Things look different in real time. General note that I learned the hard way, everyone lies but in different ways. Also, don't get so invested in your own theories that you tune out others.

I will keep this in mind as it is somewhat of a recurring problem with me. As I said the fact my first vote was pretty much blind compelled me to stand behind my theory and share it with everyone as you do, which included switching my vote. The only thing I am certain of is my status and my suspicion of everyone else lol
To be honest I'm glad to see there's real activity here and have enjoyed your theories. It makes me fallow more carefully so I don't miss anything and can make more informed theories. I'm definitely excited to see where this goes

Sorry everyone, just got home from work, and I've been catching up, and re-re-reading everything. I don't think anyone's done anything incredibly suspicious yet, but I find myself questioning CZTNZ at the moment...
Reasoning: Going after the guy (viking) who's talking up a storm, and watching nectar change his vote quickly after. It could be nothing, but it got me a little suspicious.
Viking, I have a hard time thinking you'd be this vocal as Mafia this early in the game. Obviously I have no real way of knowing that for certain, but so far I'm not really suspicious of you at all. You claim to be a Townie, I am a Townie as well this game.
CSTNZ, the same goes for you too. I don't have any real suspicion with you either based on your voting or your posting.
This is weaksauce, but it is all I really have to go on right now. EAP was the first to request a 3 person runoff, as soon as she was voted for by bacon and became the 2nd potential in a 2 person runoff (with SFA). I know that lots of players request and see the benefit of having a 3 person versus a 2 person runoff, even in Day 1. However, I feel that it eases the ability for Mafia to separate from each other in their votes.
