I am sick of how much credence people give SFA and Bacon in this game. They are just players who have opinions just like yours. Yes they have experience, but every time someone is about to die, it is "lets ask SFA" or Bacon taking credit for killing people. All 7 townies and the inspector have an equal say, and you should all use it to see through LLL's smoke screen here. At least SFA is relatively humble about it and does not ask us to thank him at the end of the game too much.
If we had listened to him prior to the restart, you all would have died because he was mafia. I am not saying I think he is, nor do I have any thing saying he is not this game. This is just another tactic that has been used by mafia before.
I have no idea why LLL is protecting Mike D so much, but I am looking forward to her answer.

While intentions were innocent, EAP commented in the chat room about confusing the player roster, and mentioned players who had been pm'd. I confirmed through PM's with specific questions that players had derived enough information from tiny chat comments based on when they received roles and the comments to determine that the game had been compromised and was no longer fair to all players. Especially the players not in chat.
Put this forth to EAP for consideration and she did IMO the right thing by restarting the game.

If it were you in the runoff, leading the way, I would have done the same for you. It's mighty shady when one person gets tossed off. Remember the last game we played together, how you guys were ready to get rid of....I can't remember who now. I pushed for at least a run-off. In fact, one of the players you wanted to initially vote off was Mike D, who I was positive was Mafia, then you changed your minds and charged at someone else. I encouraged a runoff then. The reason is because THAT IS HOW YOU START TO PICK UP VOTING PATTERNS. By having run-offs. I wasn't defending him, I just think that it is suspicious when someone starts saying that moves like voting for yourself, in the first round, when Mafia isn't in a moment of desperation....Well I think it is odd to even try to spin that as suspicious. Mike D doing that move as Mafia doesn't even make sense really. It doesn't mean that he won't prove to be Mafia in the end, but it certainly wasn't a strategy. And if it was, it was the dumbest thing I've ever seen, because it was bound to make someone finger him as being suspicious. Why would Mafia do that so early in the game? Dumb. Plain Dumb. And Mike D isn't dumb.
However, when people start pointing it out and using it to start trying to turn other players on that person, then that is usually Mafia in the works.
I am encouraging a runoff so that I can see how you guys are voting. I'd especially like you and Bacon in it. I'm not saying you're Mafia, because to suggest that would be ignorant and arrogant at the same time, a really bad combo to have in life.
I don't mind being the third one in the run-off. At least other Townies will be able to use the evidence, and go back and see the spinning and win in the end. If Townies win, I win. I don't care if I am the last one standing or not. A win is a win.

As I said before you went nuts with driving up the post count, I strive to only provide facts and the facts in this case speak very clearly for themselves. I strive to always be an honest person, even in this game when it seems everyone is lying. By the way, the mafia tried to pull this poop on my last game too and the facts proved me right there too. See roonectar and his making things up about me.
I also thought Mike D's vote was bizarre, but since it came right around when you started your craziness, I thought it was just him goofing around. That's why I started to get suspicious and thought Bacon should be in the runoff. I researched and showed that he would do something like that in the past. I am still suspicious of Bacon, but maybe he is on to something, since you seem so fixed to vote him and I off.
I really want to see what Mike D has to say, because it seems like LLL just got caught in her own web here. I may be wrong as I have been in the past, but this just smells bad, especially when she tried to make up things I never said.

She was speaking hypothetically about Mike's silence and given her on feelings as an example of his possible motivation. I'm not so sure why people can't see that but I'll tell you this. Use better words when referring to her. Especially when you clearly are misreading what she is saying. Thank you.

So, if I'm working with Mike D as Mafia, and I want to put me in the runoff instead of him....that makes perfect sense. My initial vote for myself is something I was wanting to do last game, but LD beat me to my vote. I saw a chance this game and did it. I figured I would get a laugh or two out of it. I also realized that it may get me in the first runnoff, so be it. I think it was Viking who posted 4 possible reasons, #4 is right, just being a Mr. Smartie Pants. Then the name changing started, other players are being silly = great success
I believe it was LLL who said its going to be the worst game ever. How many games recently have been the worst game ever for someone? When I see stuff like this, it does cross my mind that I would rather not play than to play in someone worst game ever. I'm not gonna quit, I don't wanna quit.
Now, I did find it a little odd that CMP followed Bacon's request, but I sorta was asking for it. Also seeing LLL's worst game post made me think it could have been her way of hiding if she was mafia - it specifically reminded me of Bec's fake inspector post when I was inspector in that it seemed a little overdramatic at an odd time. I am not sure who I want to vote for yet, but for now I will retract my vote to keep a runnoff going. I don't want to hold up the game, but I don't know who I would like to see in the runnoff yet, so if everyone is set before I vote go ahead and start it. FYI tonight will be another early night for me and I wont be able to get on til tomorrow evening.

Dont make me start bitching again about why I was pissed about the situation of this game Mike D, and then on top of it people had sticks up their asses when we were trying to make light of it. No one really wants to hear it again, really. Sorry if I really thought that being Mafia with SFA was going to be awesome and I was actually looking forward to it and was disappointed when it didn't come to fruition. Maybe it is my ovaries talking, also sorry you don't have those so that maybe you could understand. I think I've proven myself to be overdramatic regardless of the situation, some of it is me just acting, and playing a part, some is real. That is the type of person I am in real life. I don't think CST said anything like that? He was trying to cast suspicion towards you for voting for me. Pretty sure he never asked my opinion on the overall game. However he did praise my longer post outlining who was possible mafia. Mostly because I had him lower on the list then everyone else.

. This is a little over the top. I was compltly wrong about a lot of things last game. The only reason people ask for my opnion is because RDK told them I wasn't mafia. Therefore they new they could trust that I was being honest about what I said. That's just part of the game. And Bacon said he was kidding about the thanking him post.

You would have to be 100 percent sure she was mafia to know if it was a tactic. For all we know she could have just been frustrated and wanting my opinion. It would't be the first time.

While I may conservative, I hate Fox news. I am a cnn person myself and I really dislike anyone who leans too far either way, since I believe most solutions are found in the center. I am also a facts person if I have not made it clear. I read news instead of watching it on TV because I hate spin.

The only time I had factual data wrong was in Mafia 46. SFA called me on it. I went back and found my charting wrong, and have since corrected it. I issued a public apology in the thread and owned up to it. If you are referring to my assumptions being wrong, I fully have admitted that I am and probably will continue to be wrong from time to time going forward. I am not omniscient and I don't know everything, but I am pretty damn good at teasing apart puzzles. That's why I love this game and I love playing as a townie.
With regards to trading Mike D for you, this looked very suspicious at the time, and still looks suspicious. To top it off, I think you thought I would keep my vote on Bacon and not defend myself. Also, I think you thought SFA would switch off you if you were going to be in a runoff since you were looking forward to being mafia together. Again, this is a theory, not a fact. And no one tried this last game we played. EAP was going to die and came out as fake inspector and identified you and Mike D. If you remember correctly, I was one of the people who saw through that crap and defended you as inspector then.
With regards to my being manipulative, you are the one labeling me. It is the same as roonectar saying I am placing bounties on people last game. I am sick and tired of defending the way I play. All I try to do is string together facts to help us townies kill mafia every round. In the first game I played, if you remember, I talked about why I think we let the mafia off easy in day one. I quoted it last game and I will do it again if I have to. However, If we can get a mafia member in Day 1, the odds are heavily in our favor to win. If manipulating = digging really deep day one to find out as much as I possibly can to make an educated guess instead of one of the random ones everyone seems to love, then fine, I manipulate, but it is only to find out who is mafia and who is not.

This really pissed me off. I am really trying not to take personal shots, and regret the few that slipped through when I was mad earlier. I apologized to SFA last game for the personal shots then and I am sorry I made them against you earlier. Also, I could never be President due to the no no word. And please don't associate the way I play with Bacon's guess and hide method. His method does not work. Mine does.
Finally, Mike D actually reminded me of a watch out here. If LLL is mafia, we really need to be on guard for her to come out as inspector. Granted back in Mafia 46, she said she hated the fake inspector, (this is where my chart was wrong with SFA) but she was trying to establish her credentials as inspector then so I don't necessarily trust her. I am willing to bet anyone a beer at roo that if she is backed into a corner in the runoff, that is her last step.
I do not trust Mike D yet since he just came back, and I would like to hear from a lot of other townies before we make a decision, but I believe we may have identified one of the mafia here. Keep in mind she is screwing with the post count, post editing (and this goes back several pages while we have been in the thick of it) and set up an early smokescreen. I feel very comfortable in my vote and want to lock it in.
