They're billed in between Dispatch and The Roots. Played at night in 07 and played What Stage in 09. I'd say they could definitely pull off a Which stage LN but it probably won't happen.

I guess I just don't understand how dispatch would benefit from a late night set. don't they play kind of weakish late 90s college music with no real dark or psychedelic attributes?

Put me in the same camp as you. Not that a LN set needs to be dark or psychedelic, but I just don't see how them getting the Which Stage after midnight is a good slot for them. I seem them as preheadlining for RHCP on which.
I think it's Foster the People. The synth-pop, easy to dance-to music works greatly at night. They are wildly popular so it would bring in a big crowd of people who arent feeling the intensity of Major Lazer, FlyLo, or The Word.
