OK...I'll be hitting a couple back to back RADIOHEAD shows in NJ 5/31 & 6/1, and then staying with my friend Rachel in Easton PA the rest of the weekend. We are hitting Roo early...prolly leaving on Sunday, June 3rd...and staying with past years festival friends not far at all from Bonnaroo...chill out...settle in some after the looooooong ass drive...be fresh as a daisy when we go thru the Roo gates Wednesday night. In past years...we've done the drive directly from the North East to the Roo gates...pretty brutal expedition...so this will be a nice change...Obviously, you would be welcome to crash there as well...
I'll be taking my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4 door), which gets about 20 miles/gallon on the highway. Travel costs (gas & tolls) are to be split evenly between the the people in on this mission. I have room for two passengers with light, basic gear (possibly 3, depending on if Rachel goes or not). WE ARE PROFESSIONAL FESTIVAL GOERS. Between my gear and the gear of our friends from TN who we will be visiting early, we always have a sweet, clean, comfortable campsite...with solid tarp/jumbo big top...shower tents...etc. We are super cool...& LOVE TO PARTY!!
