bonnaroo is like that time you were too tired to go out with your friends and but you did anyway, and ended up having the craziest night of your life. Too crazy to explain to those who weren't there, but there's no need to explain to the ones that were.

bonnaroo is.. a 3 three year dream that is about to come true. It is excitement and embodies the Great Perhaps. It is an adventure one i can barely wait for. It is anticipation, making lists of lists. It is a reason to smile. It is an introduction to bands i've never heard of. thats what it is to me with 2012 being m first year

That reminds me of something similar that happened to me. I backpacked through Europe for a few weeks last year, one night at Barcelona I went out with a friend to a bar and there we met this older dude who was alone, he must have been around his fifties. Turns out he was from the US and he was a Roo vet, he'd been to like 5 of them or more. We spent a good couple hours just talking about Roo while my friend just stood there watching us. That was probably not a lot of fun for him, but I found it pretty cool to meet someone like that in such a random place.
