Know of any clean rest areas / travel plazas on your way?
Rest areas and gas stations. We all need a clean restroom and to stop for gas. If you are in Pennsylvania, Virginia and Tennessee make sure to stop at the Wilco / Hess travel plazas. They also have a app coming soon !
They have super clean restrooms.
Another great place to stop is the Virginia rest stop / welcome center in northern Virginia (heading south), another very clean place.

Find you jumper cables if you have them. You just might get some karma.
Start putting the random ones in your wallet at the end of the week/payday into an envelope. This is your emergency stash for Roo.
Every flashlight you stumble upon in your house, put into a box in your house (this way you don't have to look all over for them later).
In addition to taking the tents out for a field test, take your chairs and stuff too. One busted on me the second I sat in it on Thursday last year and I had no alternative.
My head hurts thinking about all the things that need done before Roo.
In addition to doing many of the things mentioned and getting stuff for Roo ready....the days leading up to it are going to be crazy!
On the Sun before we are watching my parents dog until we leave for Roo and then a friend is house sitting the dog and our cats so I have to get things ready for him. Tuesday is our daughters last day of school and our son's birthday. Then we have to get stuff ready for them to stay at my cousin's while we are gone.
Let's just say I'm going to have lots of lists and piles of stuff!

Some more homestretch prep: Inflate your air mattress if you're bringing one. Check for tears, leaks, etc. The easiest way to do this is spray a little water on it and look for bubbles. Clean that cooler! I just pulled my 5 day up of the garage and it is super gross. Bleach and window cleaner are your friends here. Check all your gadgets, lights, air pumps for batteries. Make a list of ones you will need for backup. Always bring more than you think you'll need, especially for your fans and flashlights. Go ahead and start on your Roo Corner. You're probably not going to use that EZ up and those lawn chairs too soon. Think about food. Are you going to eat mainly fest food? Want to have some steaks or something fancy Thursday or Wednesday night? Start planning for your cooking and spending.

All good advice, except I would advise against using bleach or any other chlorine containing cleaner on plastic as it will react with it, discoloring and weakening the plastic. Also, adding a bit of dish soap to your water spray bottle helps it form bubbles easier to find leaks better. I'm getting excited!

2. How do I clean and remove odors from my cooler? (and is it dishwasher safe?) Wipe clean before storing and between uses to get the best service from your cooler. To prevent stains and odors from occurring, always empty the cooler after use.
Hard-Side Coolers: Light dirt or stains can be cleaned with water and mild detergent. Tougher stains may be cleaned with a dilute solution of baking soda and water. Ensure that all cleaning agents are thoroughly rinsed and the cooler is dried completely before storage or use. If the cooler has a drain plug, always store it with the drain plug open so any moisture can escape. To remove tough stains and odors, use gloves to wipe the inside of the cooler with bleach, rinse thoroughly with water, and let dry with unit open in direct sunlight.
Soft-Side Coolers: It is NOT recommended that soft-side coolers be machine washed or machine dried. Machine washing and/or drying could damage the heat sealing of the seams that prevent leaks or could cause water to become trapped inside the lining, leading to mold or mildew. Soft coolers should be spot-cleaned with mild detergent and water. It’s always best to pre-spot test different detergents in a less conspicuous place on your cooler – like inside a pocket – before applying to the entire cooler surface.
Hint: For odors that are not easily removed, try wiping the inside of the cooler with vanilla extract and then leave a paper towel soaked in vanilla extract closed inside the cooler overnight. Remove paper towel and wipe clean before using cooler.
Igloo does not recommend putting coolers, soft or hard, in the dishwasher. Water may cause the foam between the body and liner to deteriorate, potentially diminishing the performance of the cooler.
Like it says, IF it's already stained, and smells rotten, then use bleach as a last resort. Bleach discolors plastic, and it also weakens it. Given a choice between a yellowed clean smelling cooler interior, and a rotten smelling, different color stained interior, I'd pick the one that doesn't stink. But just like all the info you posted states, use it as a last resort. It doesn't list it, but isopropyl alcohol is a better choice. Hydrogen peroxide should also be avoided because it weakens plastic over time too.
H3ll, don't know why I even care, was just trying to let people know it's not the best thing to use on plastic.

You care because you would like to help but do not give false information..
You state: "Like it says, IF it's already stained, and smells rotten, then use bleach as a last resort"
It says nothing about using it as a last resort.
It reads: "To remove tough stains and odors, use gloves to wipe the inside of the cooler with bleach, rinse thoroughly with water, and let dry with unit open in direct sunlight"
I did a search on using bleach on plastic containers and found nothing of what you state.
I would like to think that giving factual information on a subject is a good idea and will better help the population on this message board thus making their time at Bonnaroo a better experience.
Let me give you some "Diddy Swag" to get you on the positive side.
