I've never really understood Puscifer, try as much as I have to get into it.
Violent Femmes right now. Thoroughly enjoying it.
When I quit thinking of Puscifer as a rock band and started thing it as a Rock Musical it started making sense to me.
QFT
It's a strange marriage between rock, comedy, and vaudeville. The first Puscifer tour was much more vaudeville/side show style, it's this most recent one they started focusing more on music.

Major Lazer puts on the best shows ever!!!!!!! Their show on the farm last year was orgasmic, they know how to throw a party! One of the best Coachella shows that have been streamed so far.

Yeah that Benny Benassi set is ridiculous.
I've always been quick to praise Bonnaroo over Coachella, because living in Kentucky makes it pretty impossible to do Coachella. But, I'll admit for sheer hugeness Bonnaroo doesn't compete. We come through with no curfew/longer set times/etc. But damn their quality of music is off the charts.
Edit: That being said, I'm eternally grateful that I live close enough to retreat to Bonnaroo every year. Poor people in the mid-west...

watching the benny bennassi set, I find it funny that the camera work during Ultra was way better then this camera work. For some reason a lot of videos of DJ shows are riddled with 1-2 second shots, complete ADD camera work, can't even barely make out what a shot is and then it changes to the next shot. The Ultra stream was actually way less ADD. It wasn't great, still too many crowd shots when I'd rather be seeing the light show, but compared to Coachella the Ultra stream was way more watchable for me.
Also kind of annoyed at the effects onscreen for Hot Chip. Reminds me of those old Grateful Dead vault shows, where during the jams, when what I really want is a clear shot of Jerry's fret work, instead I get cheesy psychedelic colors and crap. whats the point of the video if I can't see what the musicians are doing?
ok rant off, apologies for my crankiness. i should just be grateful festival streaming exists at all.
What?!?! That show just killed it and ive seen more bodacious babes at the Benny set then any of the previous acts today. Must be something in the water out west. Not a chick below an 8 seen on the webcast.
