Go to hertz and enter the promo code 144314. This will lift the young renters fee when you go to pick up the car. The fee will be there on the confirmation page but will be lifted when you go to get the car. This is the cheapest method i have found. I am finally not sweating spending all my money on the car!!! Plus unlimited milage!
