Went to see Steve Winwood and Michael Franti at The Fontanel last Friday night. There was a BBQ truck there. Good stuff.
Not much better than chomping down on a big BBQ sandwich with the sauce running down your arm when Michael Franti comes running into the crowd right by you yelling:

HOW YA FELLIN!!!!!!!!!!
I'm sure he thought we were nuts, covered in BBQ sauce and grease
in 2010 they had BBQ fries on the menu for 7$ which was a huge basket of fries with a sandwich worth of the pork on it and then smothered in sauce. It's almost too much to finish.
Last year they didn't have it on the menu but always made it for me anyway. Super nice people and crazy good food. Check them out
Have to try this and find the food trucks this year
Food trucks are right in between This Tent and Splash A Roo where Lunar Tent and Art of Such and Such used to be. I saw them last year but never approached them because I figured they would be too pricey. That was one of my Roo mistakes last year.

One of them had some amazing popsicles last year. Real fruit and real refreshing.

If you see something called pineapple water, order it! The most refreshing delicious drink ever.
I could go for a pulled pork sandwich now—yum. Okay, so that's $1 grilled cheese, spicy pie, pesto mozzadillas, Praters, pineapple water, real fruit popsicles. Good thing there are four days to explore the eats!
I pulled up the food and retail tab on the bonnaroo app for smart phones, and Praters was not listed. Hopefully they are there, because I love good cue, and you guys have gotten me excited for this.

Their facebook page has the Bonnaroo logo as their cover photo and they had an update last week with them counting down the days until Roo.
