Thanks to musicguy1982 for the voting options. I kind of rounded off the times to make the poll less confusing. Just choose whichever is closest to when you'll be arriving.

Thanks! I'm still not 100% on Grace Potter, just money-wise. I was really pissed about missing GY!BE at Coachella, so when they announced a Nashville date I figured I've gotta go. It's only a few hours away. It's been a pretty incredible year for shows so far!

Just got announced less than a week ago. Last I looked they weren't even on sale yet! Cannery Ballroom I believe.
I'll be in line at the start of Avett Brothers. I was planning on seeing Avett Bros and Rod y Gab (especially) even before the schedule was released so this works out perfectly for me.
I'm fortunate enough to have great seats to see them the Monday prior in DC, so I'll be watching them from the crowd. I'd love to be in the pit but St. Vincent and Little Dragon mean I don't think I'd get a spot.

Not trying for pit.
The MMJ pit line got a bit shady last year with lots of cutting and pushing. If I thought it would be well organized and polite I would do it in a heartbeat, but after what I saw last year I'm not going to bother.

I expect to not try for the pit but I'll check out the line before I decide. I'm going to catch at least some of Foster the People and doubt that I'll stay for the whole thing. But if the line is long I'll at least have a nice spot out in the field. If the line is short I may go for it.
I'm definetly thinking after Fitz/during rod y Gab, however I'll have my GF w/me as a 1st timer and have my reservations. If it's at all mayhem/nasty we'll bail. Last year I didn't even know about the pit system, lame I know (1st timer myself then), didn't read that in the Roo booklet til a guy in the bus shuttle back to the airport monday a.m. pointed it out to me! I was solo, blew off Flo and the Machine to get up parallel w/the soundboard which was good but for RH, I want even closer for the effects of their lights etc. Quick weird question: once you're in the pit you can't leave right? like for the the bathroom!? Actually gonna head over around after Two Door Cinema Club ends at 4:30. I'd rather risk getting there too early and waiting than to get there too late and hate myself forever for missing it. Sure, I'd love to see Ludacris, but no way is it worth it to risk it.
