I was amazed at the lack of people using those troughs. I would always stop by the one near the cinema tent/which stage and wash up a bit and cool off with it. Almost always there was nobody else around.
Agreed. This was always an in and out experience for me. Sometimes it was a little tough to fill a bladder, but I rarely ran into a line.
Some more filtered water stations would be really nice.
Anyone have any tips on keeping water in a camelbak cold? Just throw some ice in there? Didn't know if this was bad for the bladder or not.
I buy a bag of ice and stuff as much ice into the bladder as I can. Then I add water to the ice and head to centeroo. Cold water all day long.
This was my plan. Just wanted to make sure ice wouldn't damage it in any way. I also figured I'd grab a frozen bottle or two and stick those against the bladder to keep cool, and have a cold refill when I need it.

To all those taking knockoff Camelbaks, had a friend take one last year. Fortunately he bought an extra bladder, as the first one failed by Sat AM. The second bladder was leaking some by Sunday.

The bladder can handle the ice, this has been my routine for 5 roos and my trusty camelbak is still going strong

I've already taken mine hiking a few times with no problems. I may take an extra bladder to be safe.
you can always buy a standalone camelbak reservoir and put it in the walmart pack. there is a 100oz bladder for $26.19. same one that came with on my M.U.L.E. The quicklink feature eliminates leakage that would be caused by having to screw the hose to the bladder.
This is such great news. I feel like last year i was forced to empty my camelbak more times than years prior and the new water stations had some wicked lines. Good move by bonnaroo. We can stay hydrated and see more music instead of having to refill immediately into centeroo wooo!
