I have a friend who hasn't purchased a ticket yet. Naturally, the chance now exists that her ticket will be held at will call as opposed to being shipped to her house. Which leads me to my two questions: 1.) Where is will call usually? 2.) How long will the line/wait be? We would be arriving around 5 PM (give or take an hour) on Wednesday afternoon.
