If any of you have an Aldi store nearby - they have a 5-hour type product which is identical in ingredients and is similar in packaging to the brand name 5-hour. The difference? Aldi's version is just over $1.00 a bottle.
I love Aldi. I might grab a few of these, just in case. I hate the taste of the 5 hour energy drink things, but Roo is a different animal that will require me to buck up.
I told my whole family, all my friends, and all my coworkers about Aldi. I try to convert as many people over to them as possible. I've saved SO much money since switching.
That's actually Red Bull with a different name. Aldi and Red Bull are both Austrian companies and they are connected to each other. That stuff at Aldi is the exact same thing as Red Bull but half the price.

I tell people also to invest in vitamin B-12. One of the main ingredients of many of the 5 hr. type drinks/shots and you can get a bottle at Wal-mart fairly cheap. it will also last you a lot longer.

i'm from NYC and have never heard of Aldi.. where is it? i'm assuming its a small chain?
Actually, they're one of the largest grocers in the world. They are a discount chain based out of Austria. Perhaps they haven't moved into your market yet.
