Including me, there are literally thousands that have not received their tickets yet and like me, many of you are leaving early, have prior plans or have extra tickets you have to sell. So here is Music Today's phone number - 800-594-8499. They do not seem to want to respond to an email inquiry so I'm calling them.
This announcement brought to you as a public service to the RooNation.

I dont think I got mine till late last year, but "late" was a week ago. I don't doubt that we will all get them, I just feel bad for the poor UPS guys who are going to have to process all these wristbands. And the cost for overnighting all of them will be insane. Probably could have added at least 1,000 more trees to the farm for the same price

I just hope that the person I bought mine from on Stubhub is being this proactive about it! Getting a wee bit worried about this, since they don't just have to make it to that person, they have to make it there in time for that person to send them to me so I can get them next Tuesday at the latest.
bonnaroo makes enough money off all of us they should just suck it up and pay to have all tickets over nighted now! they say they will be shipped by the 1st but that is a friday, you have to consider the weekend....... bonnaroo has aleady lost a lot of sales due to poor planning and such from last year, they dont need to be doing this.... I want bonnaroo to thrive not die!

I had to sell my RV pass on Stubhub because we decided at the last moment to take tents. I sent Stubhub an email this morning requesting that they tell the buyer that this delay is happening. I had to sell two GM tix also because my wife and daughter dropped out. Compounding this, I am out of state from Friday through Monday night and the parties I sold all this to are probably hitting the road early Wednesday. So you see my predicament ? Not only am I letting several people down but am losing about $645. Thanks Bonnaroo and Music Today !
BTW Plastic, you didn't buy an RV pass on Stubhub did you ? Just askin.
Our tickets shipped Friday finally! I emailed them a few days before and they responded that all tickets will be shipped by June 1.
Thank you for the information.
I'm not usually one to fret about tickets. I do Phish-Tickets-By-Mail a lot (Phish's "fan club" ticket allotment), which is also run by music today. People always freak out about their Phish tickets getting shipped "late", but really the "late" is pretty much right on time without being two late, usually two weeks before the show. Plenty of time to not sweat it.
But shipping tickets the FRIDAY before Bonnaroo freaking starts? When people will begin travelling Tues/Wed? This is amateur hour stuff, not what I expect from one of the most established music festivals in the US.
After getting good musical talent, the thing I look for next in festival is their professionalism, which encompasses a variety of areas, like festival logistics, festival sound, fan communication, and yes, getting tickets into the fans hands so that your customers don't have to panic.
I got my Voodoo Fest ticket in April. Voodoo Fest is in October. And Voodoo is not a fest I consider having their shit together. Is it really so hard?
okey dokey end rant. as i've said elsewhere this will be my first roo since 04. i hope the rest of the experience isn't littered with amateur nonsense like this.

Does anybody know if it is too late to get tickets changed to will call? My father, sister, and I were planning on leaving last Thursday for Missouri to see friends before we went to Wakarusa in Arkansas. Since we didn't get our tickets this weekend we were planning on leaving for Waka tomorrow since we paid for early arrival. This is cutting it way too close. We've already had this majorly interfere with plans that were made well in advance. I'm going to be pretty pissed if it interferes with getting to Waka on time and salvaging what is left of those plans. A lot of people worked really hard to be able to go to festivals and don't have a whole lot of time off, so when plans are made far in advance they expect to be able to keep them. People shouldn't be getting shafted like this. I sincerely hope it doesn't come to it, but I can see as to how this issue with the tickets could precipitate to gate-crashing occurring if a number of people who paid for their tickets don't get them. As I said, I hope that does not happen. I want Bonnaroo to remain a calm and chill event.

The people who I feel the worst for are the ones who paid for their tickets last June and got the quick shipping and still have not received them (and likely had to change plans as well).

You would have to call Musictoday at 1-800-594-TIXX (8499). They have made some concessions this year, but they seem to be making it on a case by case basis as some people have gotten theirs moved to Will Call (mostly international patrons) while others have been asked to wait. To me, your situation calls for a concession from Musictoday. Good luck !
Email stubhub to check your order status. They indicated to me my seller may not have them till the 31st. I replied to ask to upgrade to overnight and they did for free.
