Well I just got through they claimed they are shipping out today with 2 day shipping. So I should expect mine Thursday. Even claimed he was going to email me tracking number shortly.
I ordered tickets for Myself, My GF, and my sister and personally i wasnt worried about not getting the email. But my sister drove fear into my heart when she pointed out her boyfriend got his and he ordered his way after i did. I called Music Today this morning and they are expected ship out today. Im back to excitement for my 3rd year on the farm . See everyone there!

Well I got my tracking number although it has no notifications yet. "So what seems to be the problem keeping you from sending me my Bonnaroo ticket?" That question caught my guy off guard. As if 1000+ people didn't already call this morning and ask you something like that.
Also Music Today better not have lied to me for the second time.

Well I got my tracking number although it has no notifications yet. "So what seems to be the problem keeping you from sending me my Bonnaroo ticket?" That question caught my guy off guard. As if 1000+ people didn't already call this morning and ask you something like that.
Also Music Today better not have lied to me for the second time.

Just FYI, a lot of emails seem to be coming at 2am the morning after they get sent, so don't get too fired up until tomorrow morning.

I know that but they already lied to me once when they told me they mailed it friday.
I got my email Saturday with a tracking number but my ticket hasn't left yet even though it says it will be delivered tomorrow. Maybe they're just BS-ing us do we'll stop calling. Either way, someone dropped the ball. They shouldn't be cutting it this close.

I got my confermation and my tracking number email last week monday, and its now tuesdeay the following week and still haven't recived my ticket yet and i paid for over night. whats up with that???? and according to the tracking system it hasnt moved from virgina since monday of last week WTF

Called Music Today this morning, explained our situation and was able to get our tickets changed to be picked up at Will Call. Should be receiving an e-mail soon with instructions on where to go in Manchester to pick them up. Took about 15 to 25 minutes when all was said and done. Now my father, sister, and myself can rest easily and still leave for Waka in the morning. Time to start re-working meet-up details for Bonnaroo. Druid, hope you get your things worked out soon. Hell, I hope everybody's stuff gets worked out soon. Glad ours did. ;D
When were your tickets supposed to arrive lionofjah? I'm wondering if I should have mine changed to will call. What a waste paying for ups. After all this hassle this might be my last roo. It's ridiculous. And of course Bonnaroo hasn't addressed it at all. They're too worried about Chris Gethard walking to roo and posting videos on YouTube...

Just got off the phone with Music Today. I was assured my tickets shipped today and that I should get the tracking email late tonight/early tomorrow morning. When I asked what the hold up was, and the fact that I paid extra for expedited service, yet am one of the last to receive tickets, the only answer was "I honestly don't know".
Still disappointed in this rather amateur move, but whatever, it's almost time for Bonnaroo!!!!
On the phone with them waiting for a supervisor or manager to speak with as to why this fiasco is happening, i will update this as soon as they tell me, the first person i spoke to said all tickets were shipped out this weekend with the exception of 2000 tickets that have not yet been shipped....
Okay i just got off the phone with her, very kind, yet, very un-informed. She claimed she didnt have the information as to why so "last-day" but she tried to assure me that all the people who have gotten an email but their package has yet to be noticed by UPS should get tracking updates within the next 24hrs.
I also asked how many tickets they have had to ship for this particular event "BONNAROO!" but she said she did not have that information at hand. I even tired to get a guesstimate out of her but she wouldn't budge haha.
Lastly, i asked, if it came down to it where would the will call box office be? and she said the coffee county middle school i believe? possibly the high school? But i did let her know that i was planing on being there at 2am-3am in the morning and she said there would be someone there 24/7 until tickets are given to their rightful owners
I called music today one guy said it maybe been lost and to call usps to see what happen, they transferred me to customer service and they said i should have gotten last week but since i didnt they are sending me another ticket this week... then i called our "trusted" united states postal service they said that it should have been there wednesday and now they have no idea where my ticket is and i had to make a case out of it WTF this the second time usps lost something of mine.

MusicToday needs to get their act together.
After Bonnaroo this year we have to let it be known (more than it already is) that the ticket problems need to be fixed.
First - problems when buying the ticket. Doing this for over 10 years would make you think they can handle the traffic and won't freeze up when the demand for tickets are so high.
Second - people should not have to worry about getting their ticket. Everyone should have their ticket at least two weeks before the festival even starts...not waiting until the last minute and hoping it arrives in time.
Threats and little complaints like "Roo's tickets SuCkEd this year....fix it!" won't help but if we can come up with some kind of form letter that we can all e-mail and tweet to Bonnaroo/MusicToday then maybe they'll get the message. Also, if they ever offer "surveys" for how the fest was don't just skip it. Fill it out. Let them know.
Received shipping confirmation a week ago, as of 4 days ago, it was in Jamaica, New York. No update since then. I fly to Nashville in 27 hours, so this should be an adventure. I understand there is a large demand, but they should realize people are coming from all over the world and travel dictates that sometimes people are not leaving 2 days before the event. Hopefully I get it right before I leave for the airport.
