A friend who I am supposed to be going to Bonnaroo with just finished paying for his payment plan ticket. He had not received his ticked or confirmation email as of yesterday so he logged onto his account to check the status and realized that he had never made the last payment because he had lost his debit card and had to get a new card with new numbers.
His order now says complete but I was just wondering what is going to happen to his ticket and whether I should look into trying to sell mine if he wont get his. Will they still ship it to him? or is there some sort of will call or what. I see there are tickets available online so I am hoping it is not too late for them to ship the tickets.
you should call them immediately. last year they said my last payment failed but they had just run it through wrong. i had 10 minutes of sheer panic and then, all was well.
