Boiled eggs, apples, and nuts all make for low maintenance cheap healthy eats during the day. There are good deals to be found at the vendors when you find yourself wanting something different. That's what I'm doing. I like grilling, but I just don't like fooling around with that when there are so many other things to be doing.

we always do this. Super easy and provides enough food for an army.
My buddy always brings his smoker to roo. We throw a boston butt roast in the top of that thing first thing in the morning. Then a pan of white beans under the first rack that to catch the drippings (yeah I know thats not very healthy, but its effing phenomenal). We don't have to really do anything to it all day except maybe turn the roast over a time or two.
Then about 5 or 6 in the evening we have a killer meal at his RV before going to Centeroo.
Whatever is left is thrown in the cooler for pulled pork sandwiches the next day. One meal feeds our entire camp for 2 days. Its really cheap when everybody throws in a few bucks.

It might sound gross but I might bring a box of instant oatmeal, leave a bottled water out of the cooler, and ta daaaaa I have breakfast. I'm a fan of luke warm oatmeal.
Definitely doing some baking Wednesday, maybe make some oatmeal cookies, peanut butter cookies, and some lemon bars. Yum.
I think we are going to come in way under 100$. We did lots of PB&J, cliff bars, and bought a 1/4 spiral ham for 14$ that will feed us breakfast and lunch sat sun and mon. 5 lbs of ham. Plus we are having eggs, we even had enough to get 20$ worth of zipfizz and stay under 90$.
Plus, I am trying to finagle a couple of badges to the Miller Lite hospitality tent that hands out free beer and food all 4 days. I have a lot of contacts in town and there is a Bud distributor here. Its a long shot but Im going to try
