I ordered one from Stubhub on Tuesday for only $175 plus shipping. It came next day like it said and I already registered it as well. All seems good with mine. I hope everything works out for you.

I did notice that some people were selling RV passes, and not GA Festival Passes because I almost bought them on accident. Is there a chance that your friend did the same thing?

I got the VIP pair off of stubhub for $1221 even after stubhubs ridiculous 10% service fees. Thats why people do it. And i got mine like a week ago. Registered. good to go.

Did she actually buy an RV pass? I am only asking this because this may be why you are getting the runaround with customer service. Their ticket level selection can be confusing at times so, double check that. If she actually did buy a GA wristband...
This is what you do...Be firm but polite and get what you need and don't hang up until it is accomplished.

I'm very sorry for your in convince, what seems to be the problem? We ordered a wristband to Bonnaroo and received a pass for RV camping instead. I need this order canceled and refunded immediately and a replacement sent out overnight or waiting at will call because we are traveling across country for this festival in two days. We are going to this festival no matter what and need you to get this wristband to us based on your customer guarantees. No problem, I will get this overnighted to you immediately.

No she didn't because the first customer service rep she dealt with made a comment on how it didn't seem right that she paid that amount for a RV pass.
They ended up fixing the issue, refunding her $45, and will overnight the pass to her. It was a headache and a half, especially after being hung up on three times and the last rep was rude as heck. I don't think I'll use stubhub again after this experience and I'm going to write an e-mail after I return.
I used Stubhub to go to the Final Four. And I bought my Bonnaroo ticket off there this year. For my Final Four ticket, there was options -- Saturday / Monday games ONLY or a strip for the whole event.
Due to MY mistake, I piddled around in the seating chart, screwed up, and only ordered Saturday tickets. Knowing full well that Kentucky would win the championship, I needed tickets for the entire weekend.
I called Stubhub, and I had to make a couple of calls to get the ticket siutation squared, but it went like this: Stubhub WAIVED their fee and shipping charges on BOTH orders. This means I didn't pay a penny, and they collected from the seller only. All my tickets arrived on time, at a reasonable price, and were legit. I couldn't have been happier, especially given that it was MY mistake.
For Bonnaroo, I got a Fed Ex envelope with nothing but a bracelet inside for a total of $215 including shipping. I went to the Bonnaroo web site and successfully registered it in my name. If for some reason the bracelet does not work, I am confident that Stubhub will get me in. For large events, including Bonnaroo, they set up a rep near the venue.
Yea $175 was a steal and like the above comment its registered and all. If something goes bad then they are a sponsor of Roo so Im not worried. 2 friends of mine got their tickets for $115 on Sat.

I'm glad it was worked out and wow, that's super cheap!! I would be too paranoid to wait until this close, I'll buy mine as soon as they're released again, oops!
