We're finally in the home stretch of Bonnaroo 2012 and it's been a crazy year of ups, downs, cover bands, and surprises. I just wanted to talk about how much I appreciate this message board and all of the dedicated posters who make it what it is. I wish I had found out about it years ago before my first Roo, because it has made planning for this year so easy. I thought it would be cool to open up a thread where we talk about how Inforoo makes Bonnaroo better (other than the obvious reasons that are evident in every other thread) and thank the mods and regular posters for all of the laughter, tears, and information we wouldn't have otherwise. Here's to you.
I don't know if I'll be going to the farm next year or not, but you can bet I'll be lurking on here every day regardless.

Geeky as it sounds when I'm on the farm I feel like I'm at home and found my tribe. Even with all the bickering Inforoo let's me stay hooked in to the feeling of being home.

I've never been to a music festival before, and my planning for bonnaroo has revolved soley around the information that I got from this forum. The only useful information that I didn't learn here is how to sneak my drugs in.
The community is tight knit, which I like. Even though it seems like there is a lot of time here spent bickering about non sense that I could care less about.
This will be my second bonnaroo. I found this forum about a month or so ago. I am quite sure my experience last year will be far different than this year. Aside from my own experience, ive gained a wealth of knowledge and wisdom of all you who share on the boards. looking forward to meeting all you wonderful folk! Cheers!!!
I'm really glad I found this board and all the friendly, welcoming people! I feel super prepared for my first Roo (leaving in less than 24 hours!) and am so so so excited to be there I can't wait!!
