Hey all. Unfortunately, my buddy is unable to make it to Roo as planned. He had his wristband shipped to me, but he has already registered it. Right now we're trying to get it unregistered to transfer to another friend. Does anyone have any experience in this, or know how it can be done?
I already emailed bonnaroo@intellifestival.com but I haven't heard back yet.

I would try calling on the phone instead of waiting for an e-mail. There's a phone number in the thread below but you may want to look on the info that came with the tickets as well.
