Just wondering if anyone still wears their arm bands from past roos? I have 08 through 10 and All Good 2011 still on. I went to Bonnaroo in 07 but they were the plastic bands and it didn't last.
I have roo 08 and 09, mountain jam for 10 and vibes for 11. My 08 roo wristband is almost disintegrated. I think after this year I will remove all of them. I haven't had a bear wrist for one moment since 2008? wtf?

I only where thomas sabo armbands.

I still have my 2012 arm band on. I trimmed it up though. Got rid of the plastic bit and sewed it into a bracelet with nothing hanging off of it. Its actually pretty clean, it just smells like my shower soap. Most of the time I forget I even have it on.

I keep mine on the whole year until next Roo then i shed the old one and add it to the collection. (Minus stupid plastic wristband that was off as soon as i got home). I liked how they were this year after the fest i just cut the plastic piece off.

It's no different than wearing a piece of jewelry everyday. It goes into the shower or bath with you. On that note, when was the last time you cleaned your remote, or your phone, etc.? Now that's what's gross.

I have a job. They just don't care about one wristband. As far as the cleanliness, I wash my hands a bunch, and it always ends up getting wet. I also shower on the regular and it usually ends up with soap and shampoo on it.

I don't think of mine any different than a watch. When I work, I pull gloves up over the wrist bands and I put dawn on them, whenever I feel like they are dirty, I wash them and squeeze them out.

my '10 just fell off the other day (working construction doesnt let things like that last forever), i took my plastic one from '11 off shortly after that too, but i still have the '12 one on and hopefully it will last longer than my '10. '10 was my first too, and i went to great lengths to keep it on my wrist. last year i had emergency surgery and made sure that although they had to cut it off of my arm, the first thing i did when i got home was sew it back on...
I understand keeping the wristband, just like ppl keep ticket stubs, as a souvenir; but I see no point in actually wearing the ugly, dingy concert wristband after it is over. Once the weekend is over, move on.
I'm going to start wrapping my hands in the shower so the club stamps don't wash off.
