Hi, I know you all are very sick of these wristband questions, but I'm a first timer to Roo this year and I need to make sure I'm not doing something wrong.
I bought 2 wristbands, got them in the mail a few weeks back, registered mine the other day, and I gave my friend the other one, and when he entered the code, the website said the wristband was already registered (100% positive I did not accidentally give him my wristband). Is this supposed to happen? Or do I need to contact Bonnaroo and have them fix something?
This happened to my girlfriend when she bought hers off Stubhub. She called Bonnaroo and they told her no worries. You may want to for peace of mind, but I think you'll be okay.
