As we left on Sunday afternoon, I noticed that pod 10 had some campers, but Pod 11, way off in the distance was deserted, but for a few tents right around the pod. I assume those belonged to the staff charged with manning the pod.
Just curious if it is true that there weren't enough campers/cars to warrant torturing any poor souls with having to make the hike in each day from pod 11?
Yes, Pod 11 was defnitely empty. We got a good glimpse one day on the taxi we were on. My husband and I were laughing about the lone line of porta-johns just sitting there in the field with nothing around it and about how clean they probably were.
I was wondering too how they supposedly sold out but no one was camped out there. It sure didn't seem like there was less people though compared to last year. We also waited on Sat for one hour to get into Centeroo - crazy!!
We were on the far side of Pod 11 last year and in Pod 10 this year. And last year we had a 2 hr wait to get in and this year we drove right in.

I was in Stewie Griffin back there last year. This year we were rewarded with Pod 2. Had a couple rookies with me so we hiked back to show them the old site. Shocked to find not a soul there. As a result I hiked out there every morning to shower with no lines. 15 minute walk was way better than the hour plus wait in pod 2.

It could just be that they had an increase in guests utilizing hotels or anyone nearby commuting in and out of the festival
I spoke to Roofan and he said that the camping spots were not filled by his hood. Kind of hard to beleive that. It didn't seem like there was less people, but then again those bracelets slowed down the process of entering centeroo.
